Once our massage was complete, our massage therapists offered us celebratory champagne which we accepted (obviously). Before departing, my husband and I returned to our respective locker rooms to utilize the steam room and sauna. It took me a minute (and a trip to the hostess desk) to figure out that I had to turn on both rooms myself as they were on timers and were not automatically kept on. Once I figured this out, I was able to fully enjoy what the rooms had to offer. We were sad to leave but have already talked about going back! Maybe next time for a facial!

This review isn't good, so I'll just list all this out. 1. Terribly!!!! hot water. Mentioned it and she got annoyed, but fixed it right away " Okay now"??? The tone was certainly there and little did I know that it was to set the tone for the rest of my visit. 2.Shoving and hard tapping my feet to move and do what she needed me to do. No words. (Yes, she knew English.) 3.No sugar scrub or massage with lotion. My feet and legs were swiped with cuticle lotion and it was smeared only half way up my calves and rinsed off. 4. Trying to tell tech about problem calloused area by pointing at my toe when she abruptly pushed my hand away, raising her voice to tell me not to touch her chemical callous softener. 5. Threw hot towel on my right leg and foot, scalding the top of my foot. It's still red and it was a day and a half ago. 6.Made fun of me after requesting no lotion massage on the manicure I had after my pedicure, telling me that I can always go wash my hands, ha ha 7. Worked sick. Maybe she treated me this way because she was forced to work sick, I don't know, but I'm not going back. My daughter will go back, as long as she doesn't get the lady that did mine. Her nail tech was very kind and did a great job on her mani/pedi. 8. The quality of my manicure was great, considering. The pedicure left me with rough feet that snag on my socks. With as busy as this nail salon is, and as nice as their salon is, I'm sure this kind of review is very rare. Hopefully, this nail tech will see herself in this review and stop this unpleasant and very unprofessional treatment of paying clients.

Lisa gave a first rate massage, checked occasionally for comfort but was otherwise quiet. It was very relaxing, one of the best I've had. The two women who did my nails were two of the nicest, sweetest people I've met in a salon in a long time. They took more time on the filing, scrubbing, and massaging than anyone ever does these days. The moisturizing treatment with hot towels was great. Cons: Christian rock played the first two hours I was there. Luckily you couldn't hear it in the massage room. Then they switched to straight country which was survivable. Both polish jobs were actually really sloppy and on my pedicure she skipped the base coat and only used 1 coat of color. I also think the polish they used might have been old as it was pretty gloppy. I'll be surprised if the pedicure lasts a week.

I decided on a whim to get my hair colored, thankfully melissa allowed me to come in same day. I…read moresent her pictures of what i wanted and told her that my hair was thick+long. I was going to go from natural hair color (brown) to Denim (Washed out blue, ombre). I was told it would be half their normal price since i was a new customer, so it ended up being just over 100$ (normally over 200$) She initially stated it would take 2 hours, which ended up being 4, which i understand. The process was well and good, it was my first time having my hair colored so i do not have much to go on for experience. We got finished, it was not anything like i had asked for, but i am flexible and i still liked the final result even it wasnt anywhere near what i had asked for. Melissa informed me that i needed to wait 2 days before washing and to be sure to use color-safe shampoo and conditioner. I ended up waiting almost 3 days, but this point my blue hair had turned more aqua. I washed it as instructed, and now my hair is a very ugly swamp-green, and is patchy in areas where the hair wasnt bleached at all. The hair line is pure bright vivid blue where the bleach got the most action. I contacted the owner and stated my concern, to which i was told it would cost 225$ to fix correctly, or she could just add more blue for 70$ (which would not fix the issue) I contacted now 4 other salons around the area and was told that the process that was done was no where near what should have happened, and that something that drastically bad in color would have been free for them to fix. I voiced my final concern with the owner to see if she would be willing to fix the issue, to which she promptly told me that i had 'agreed' to color at the end of the 4 hours with her. Even though less than 72 hours later the color completely turned to a nasty green. Needless to say i am very irate, and will be taking all my future business elsewhere, and informing friends to stay clear.
