I had the same experience as a fellow yelper below (Rob B.). I went in for an anatomy scan and before we even started, I asked her to please let us know the gender, that we wanted to know the sex of the baby. After an hour of silence, even after I asked her questions; "Oh is that the face?" "No, that's the head" "Oh are those the lips?" SILENCE. Anyway, at the end, all she said was that any questions we had, we had to ask our doctor and she left! She gave us two pictures of half a body, of the exact same pose. This person lacks bedside manners and doesn't have a friendly bone in her body. My husband and I took time off work to find out the sex of our baby together and she refused to tell us! I'm sorry, but there are people in this world who are TRULY GENUINELY EXCITED about a new baby and this ultrasound technician is DRY and doesn't make the experience special! With my last pregnancy, my U/S tech pointed out ALL the body parts, told me all the measurements, told us the sex right away (took her a bit to get a good shot) and gave us about 6 pictures of hands, feet, face, body etc. - this lady must not enjoy babies and/or her job. I'm very sorry to critique someone's work, but as someone receiving this service who is HAPPY about her pregnancy, it is a total disappointment to be 'served' by someone who is not at least A LITTLE thrilled about being the first person to tell them, "Congratulations, you're having a ...." Nope, not this lady. If I had known this is the kind of tech this place had, I would've gone to another location. read more

Very clean facility. I just went in for an x-ray (without an appointment) and waited 20 minutes. I thought that was really good, considering the amount of people in the waiting room and the fact that I didn't have an appointment. The x-ray technician was really nice. I don't have muvh experience with x-ray equipment, but it all looked very new. I'm waiting for the MRI approval and will update my review once I've gone in for the MRI. read more

I've been here several time over the years for service. I'm so pleased with the service I receive here. It is very easy to schedule the appointments, the environment is super clean and modern. The front desk staff is friendly, cheerful and helpful. The techs are very understanding, especially I have anxiety issues. They take their time to explain every step to me, I always feel at ease and comfortable with my procedures. The radiologists are professional, skillful, and knowledgeable. IPOC has continued to improve throughout the years. I highly recommend them for all of your imaging needs. Scheduling an exam is very simple, the front office staff (Kathryn in particular) are very kind and the techs make your visit much more comfortable. Most, if not all, of the radiologists here have been reading and interpreting films and other imaging studies for many years. IPOC is simply the best! read more

Everyone was very nice and made me feel comfortable and my procedure was fast and easy!

I did a pelvic/vaginal and abdominal ultrasound at this place. My OB saw two uterine fibroids measuring 7cm and 4.5 cm. I did another ultrasound at another place confirming that. This one is one month after my other two ultrasound. The report issued by Imaging Partners only showEd one fibroid- the 7cm one. Come on, this is what they saw using the pelvic plus virginal ultrasound combined?! The abdominal ultrasound will be used to trace my gallbladder polyp. I have a very small gallbladder polyp that's been there for many years. Last time I checked it was two years ago. It grew a little bit. This time their report showed no polyp. But how can I trust their report? If they can miss a 4.5 cm fibroid can they miss a 5 mm gallbladder polyp? I will need a surgery if the gallbladder polyp reaches 1 cm! When I call them telling them about this problem, they hung up! I called a second time and was told I need to go to the other imaging center to get a CD. Then bring the CD to their office! What a ridiculous place! The lady who performed the ultrasound didn't even asked me why I was doing the ultrasound. That never happened before. Maybe she lacks experience or just had a bad day. I am going to do the same ultrasound again and file a formal complaint. This is a total wast of time and money. read more

I had to come here for a chest x-ray for an upcoming surgery. I had called 1st and there's a recording that tells you all x-rays are on a walk in basis so I thought "oh great, now I'm going to be there all day while they take the appts first". Wonderful and pleasant Imaging Facility. After an issue at another non-affiliated facility, Imaging Partners was able to get my Insurance authorization changed to their facility and book me for that same day imaging. The tech I had for my Imaging, Nick S., was extremely professional, polite, and very relaxed late in the afternoon as if he had just started his shift. He is also very good with a needle if you need an injection as well. I will definitely return here next time I require imaging. read more

I've never been a big fan of doctors let alone a imaging center - I typically get anxious at these kind of settings. However, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staffs upon entering the facility. The waiting room was decently sized with a handful of people waiting, but surprisingly wait time was only 5-10 minutes. The technician taking the MRI was pleasant and informative. As a side note, the MRI was loud and gratefully I was warned by my bf beforehand so I took the initiative to ask for double protection (an additional earplug) on top of the given earphone. I do wish that the staff would offer it as standard protocol. The MRI took a decent amount of time and it was nice that they played music as distraction in the earphones of which helped in calming my nerves. Overall, this was a positive experience and I would definitely come back to this center again if I ever need another imaging done. read more
