It is the most accurate way to measure progress if you are trying to increase lean muscle or bone density. I go to the Irvine mobile spot and they have been on time for one and running 10 minutes behind on my second. They communicated the time they were running behind. You get your results within a few minutes of completion. I highly recommend it.
