    Always on time and efficient and they are also pretty quick to have reports done. I've been about 1/2 dozen times. X-rays, ultrasounds.

The office is very nice, very clean, easy to find. Mark was the young man who did the MRI and he couldn't have been more nice and calming. We talked for a few minutes, he explained everything to me. Told me he would put me in the machine to make sure I was comfortable before he started so that I could make sure I would be okay. He asked what type of music I wanted, explained that the machine would be very loud but assured me there was no pain involved. After every scan, he checked in with me to make sure I was okay and he told me how long the next scan was going to be, and how many more there were. What a wonderful experience everyone at this facility provided! I would highly recommend them to anyone!

If I could leave…read more-1000 I would... referred by my lawyers and having to transfer from Beverly Hills to Santa Ana, for machine purposes and let me jst tell you it's a big difference in the customer care direction. When I scheduled my appt over the phone I specified that the person I would have bring me because I have to take anxiety meds to go in the machine as I am claustrophobic, is not off of work until 3:30 so there's absolutely no way I would schedule myself at 4. I told the scheduler 4:15... I get to my appt at 4:20 I walk up to the desk hand her my passport tell her my name and say "I'm sorry I'm late, my name is S****** D**** & my appt was at 4:15" with a big ass smile. BRENDA RODRIGUEZ says: "you're late" I said "I know I jst said that" She says "no your appt was at 4pm" I said "no I specifically asked for 4:15" She says "well here it says 4pm" She then proceeds to pick up a piece of paper and points "see this says 4pm" Now any literate person can read the situation and clearly see she's being a smart ass.. instead of trying ease the situation as there's clearly been a mix up, she was very unprofessional and as I'm already terrified of going into the machine, I'm immediately frustrated with her behavior.. My response: "idc what that paper says I requested a 4:15 appt" followed by a second mri because I had 2 scheduled so even if the first was missed why not go see if I can be seen still instead of going back n forth with me about a misunderstanding... UNPROFESSIONAL Dare I say it's because I was black but ima hold grace there. So I tell her watch her attitude and don't get snippy with me. She goes to the back to talk to the dr and the dr comes out and says she will see me after her other two patients are done.. I said "I thought so" with a smile and sigh of relief because Brenda was making it seem like I couldn't be seen at all.. so I tell the dr and I point dead at her "yall need to check her attitude" So Brenda now has to give me the forms she should have been given me when I walked in. Brenda comes back out ask me to come get the papers but she's like chuckling under her breath and smiling trying to avoid eye contact for whatever reason so I asked her "what's so funny?" I walk back to my seat My mom, who was with me tells me to calm down and I say to MY MOTHER "I'm not trying to be but she was being rude for nothing" and jokingly while laughing said something to my mother.. I filled out my papers and Brenda walks to the back to go tattle on me because she clearly starts and is bad at handling customer escalation.. she lies and said that I threatened her.. so now doc Andrea comes back outside to say "she can't see me" and didn't look like she was going to explain so I said "why? because Brenda went and tattled on me?" She says no because you threatened her.. never threatened her because I wasn't even talking to her. If you hate being nice to ppl, or ppl of other races and being a problem solver then maybe you shouldn't be in Customer Service.. it's truly that simple.. Brenda jst cost yall some money.

Luckily, my score was 0 (perfect) five years ago, and it was time for a recheck. This time, I was referred to Imaging Partners in Orange. I called to schedule an appointment and Elyssa was so friendly and helpful. They had a cancellation and were able to book me only two days out. She took all of my prerequisite information quickly and sent me a link to complete some paperwork online ahead of time. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment and was impressed by their very modern and clean facility. Check-in was a breeze since I completed the forms online ahead of time. I only waited about five minutes and was called back. My tech Khan was very friendly and made everything a breeze. I laid on the bed feet first and he put a few heart electrodes on my chest. The bed raises and slides you into the center of the CT machine. It was not claustrophobic at all, and the CT machine spinning made very little noise. An automated voice instructs you to hold your breath twice for about five seconds, and then again twice for about 15 seconds as the bed slowly moves back and forth through the ring taking images. The process only took about five minutes, and I was in and out of the office in about fifteen minutes. I took the test on a Friday afternoon and the results will be sent to my doctor and posted in their online portal for me to view on Monday. Insurance usually doesn't cover this test, and the cash price was only $200. I had a great experience here, and will look forward to coming back in five years.

The front desk staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, which immediately made me feel comfortable. The medical assistant, Ali, was so helpful and wonderful--she was kind, attentive, and made the whole process easy. Stella, the nurse practitioner, took the time to really listen to my concerns and thoughtfully work through what testing might be appropriate. She was very informative, knowledgeable, and provided great recommendations for both lab work and supplementation. I appreciated how thorough she was and how clearly she explained everything. I never felt pressured by her, and it genuinely felt like she was there to help me understand my options and answer my questions. Unfortunately, my interaction with Dr. Carrie Lam left a very different impression. She spent less than a minute with me and seemed primarily focused on discussing the clinic's membership program. I was disappointed that she did not appear to go over the details of my visit with Lynn before speaking with me, which made the interaction feel rushed and impersonal. The same feeling carried through with the rest of the staff as well. Aside from Lynn, the overall tone felt cold, and there was a strong emphasis on memberships, supplements, and additional spending. I completely understand that clinics need revenue streams, but the pressure to spend money seemed to take priority over making me feel cared for as a patient. I left very appreciative of Lynn's care and professionalism, but wishing the rest of the experience had felt more patient-centered and less transactional. I will not be continuing my care with them.

I watched a steady stream of patients get up to ask the front desk how much longer it would be. The answer was the same every time: we don't know. Sit down. Wait. When I was finally called up, it was not to be seen. It was to be told they don't accept my insurance. The exact insurance we provided when we booked. The exact insurance they confirmed when they took the appointment. An hour of my life burned because nobody at this office bothered to verify a single line of information before I drove in and sat down. The woman behind me in line had been waiting two hours past her appointment. Still not seen. The receptionist was lovely. That is not the issue. The issue is that this entire operation has decided patients are a captive audience. That our time has no value. That "we don't know" is a complete sentence. That confirmed appointments are suggestions and posted appointment times are decorative. Hospitals and imaging centers seem to think they get to behave like the DMV. They do not. There are other providers. There are other systems. And I will be using them. Run your front office. Verify insurance before the appointment, not after. Communicate with the people sitting in your lobby. Treat the appointment time as a commitment, not a placeholder. Until then, save people the trip. Hands-down, the worst experience at a doctors office. You guys are an absolute embarrassment.
