My therapist has helped my overall mental health significantly, have never had any issues scheduling appointments or any billing issues. The receptionist at the front knows me well, as i've been coming here biweekly for over a year and is always nothing but nice. I've been to countless therapists in the past & have never seen any improvement. THIS PLACE THOUGH? I owe them everything, have helped me in ways I can't put into words. So much for the "there's nothing wrong with your knee...there are NO tears". Something IS wrong! Where I met a very intimating man who informs me he is indeed a "Nurse Practitioner" and he begins to read a letter that "Dr" Rollings wrote informing me that there are no doctors here that will take my case so he's ending my care in 30 days. They will fill my medication as needed but after 30 days I'm on my own. Now if you know anything about Workers Compensation cases, no reputable physician will take on a case that's already been treated. Why, I don't know. ‍ So, do not, I repeat do not go to NMCI if you have an issue and ask questions or know a little about what your body is telling you. Rollins dislikes anyone asking questions or inquire about him telling you something to your face then writing up something after you're gone. Hey, if you just want to be lead like sheep through the process and don't have a mind of your own, this place is just right for you. Good luck

She can be a bulldog, and sometimes hit a nerve- but that is because she knows what it takes to bring about long term change. She calls things as she sees them. She truly wants the best existence for each and every one of her clients, and goes out of her way to help them achieve it. She has offered after-hour service in an emergency.
