If you're looking for somewhere to get your electronics fixed, keep on looking! This may be the worst establishment I've ever been to. I had a new screen put on my phone and not even a week later, the new screen stopped working. They promised me a full lifetime warranty, but after bringing it back into the store and asking for the warranty, the guy lied to my face, saying it was my fault the screen stopped working. The worker had called a couple days later and said that my phone was ready, so I went to pick it up. When I arrived, the glue job on the back of my phone was worse than terrible. I got to my car and my phone immediately stopped charging and began turning off when I went to call my mom. I took my phone back inside for a second chance after being told that the charging port was replaced, when in fact it had only been cleaned. A few days later my mom went to pick up my phone and the same exact thing was happening. They said that they had replaced the charging port, so they needed to run diagnostics. After running MORE diagnostics and after paying $205, they said that there was water in my phone and a cord needed to be replaced. I had finally had enough and went to pick up my phone this morning to take to HG down the road. When I went to pick my phone up, I asked what piece was being ordered to be replaced and they said the charging port, after we had been told that the port was already replaced and we had paid $50 for it. When I went to HG, the worker opened my phone and saw a great amount of silicon glue covering the back of my phone. The HG worker took 30 minutes this morning to scrape the glue off and gave us a free consultation after all of the trouble with NWA phone repair. Not only did NWA phone repair take a long time and lots of money to not find the cause, they covered my face id with glue and it is not fixable, therefore my face id does not work. I purchased an iPhone 6s+ from NWA Cell Phone repair and it is THE WORST phone I have ever had in my life. All of my apps crash, my calls drop, when people call Me my phone shuts off and restarts. It's horrible. The first phone I had gotten shut off on me one day and got stuck on the apple screen for days. I complained from the beginning that it wasn't working up to par. I took it to them and they kept my phone for 6 days and tried to tell me that a software issue was what was wrong due to me dropping it. LOL!! You cannot cause a SOFTWARE ISSUE by dropping your phone!! Then the owner, Jason, told me he wouldn't warranty it. We had other business arrangements in place as well so he said "BECAUSE I WAS ABOUT TO BRING HIM SO MUCH MONEY, he'd get me another phone" so I chose another iPhone 6s+ and now this is the bullshit I'm stuck with. Out $274 for a piece of shit that don't even work. I took it to another place and got it looked at just for them to tell me that it's a CHINESE IPHONE and not meant to be used in the US so thats why I'm having so many issues With it. My FaceTime won't authenticate, my iMessage doesn't work, I don't even have portrait mode lol when I told Jason about all of this he told me a few different things to do to "FIX" it, so I did them and of course that didn't fix anything. I'm truly sorry to have to write this but beware. We are 2 for 2 on bad experiences with this company. The first time was to repair the power port on a Samsung laptop whose solder joints had become lose on the motherboard. The repair checked out before leaving their shop, paid $90, then took home. Started smoking within an hour of having home so took back same day. They wanted additional money to "fix it again" as this was "more complex" than they originally estimated. I complained but was already vested and had little choice but to continue forward. I paid up front which was mistake #2. The followup repair attempt began smoking at the shop before I even left and then would no longer work at all. An inside look revealed that the motherboard holding the power port was now cracked and would no longer hold the port. I was told at this point that they could no longer fix it and would not be able to refund my payments since it was all labor but that they could give me a discount on a used laptop. Unbelievable. The laptop was given back to me in pieces and never worked since. My second encounter with NWACPR was about a year later and was actually my daughter who took her phone there to have a cracked glass screen replaced. They did it instantly for $210 which was supposed to include a 6 month warranty. The phone was great for 5 days and then went purple and finally completely black, She took it back to them and was told it would be another $180 for a new LCD as the LCD they just put in 5 days earlier had a small crack barely visible near the Samsung logo. No refund or warranty coverage because their "investigation" revealed that the crack was not due to a leftover glass particle (a common installation mistake) or any mistake on their part (surprise) but was our fault. Upon pointing out that she had not dropped it in any way and that the outer glass was not cracked nor even scratched, they said there must have been pressure applied to it to cause the inner LCD to crack. Again, unbelievable. No refund. No warranty. $210 for nothing. I'm guessing when things go correctly, this company is seen as just fine by most. They seem like reasonable and skilled people. But beware, if things do not go well, it will not be their problem but yours and you will have wasted a lot of money and end up in a worse place than before you met them. read more

I have to give the Springdale location an excellent review. A few months ago My husbands screen cracked and other locations said a new screen was over 150.00 and would have to order it and would take 3-5 days. well they replaced it here within 20 minutes and only charged 90.00. A few days later the screen was lifting, he went back up there, they apologized and fixed it right on the spot and put a screen protector on it as well. Hes had no more issues with it. I personally have had a beyond horrible experience with this store in the past, however my friend decided to give them a chance for his new phone since they had the cheapest price. You get what you pay for and it turns out he bought a JAILBROKEN iPhone, which is ILLEGAL and he was not told that the iPhone was jailbroken. That can lead to viruses and it compromises Apple software functionality. It is reasonable to expect that when you pay hundreds of dollars for a phone it should be truly unlocked and working. But from my experience this store finds those standards impossible. From his experience it seems like they jailbreak phones that are not unlocked to "unlock" them and sell them to people who don't know better. If you care about quality, you won't come here. I am changing my review to be more neutral. The owner called and explained his side of things and I understand better what went on.

Buyer beware! Owner will not honor his warranty on a screen replacement that began cracking almost immediately! I had a glass screen replaced on a 2 year old Samsung S5 that I had always carried in my pocket without incident until I dropped it face first on a tile floor and shattered the glass. I took it to NWA Cell Phone Repair where I was told it would be ready in about an hour. About 4 hours later, the plastic replacement screen they used could be felt protruding from the top edge of the phone, rather than sitting flush or within the frame as it should. I didn't think it was a big deal, so I let that go. What was a big deal though was that the plastic screen lasted only about 5 days before it started cracking. First along the bottom starting from the home button; a day or two later, along the right edge running across the center of the screen where it spider-webbed across the other side; next from the bottom left corner across to where a piece of the plastic just fell off when I sat it on my nightstand;... and so on until within a couple of weeks the screen looked about as bad as the original glass screen I paid them $108 to repair, supposedly with a 6 month warranty. I dreaded taking it by to have the warranty work done because of the time it took them originally to replace it, but more so because suspected I was about to get the run-around given the lack of professionalism I sensed when I had it repaired. Sure enough, the employee there, Mitchell, said he didn't think they'd warranty their product and that I should talk to owner, Jason, who wasn't there. I asked if he could have him give me a call, but he didn't believe he would likely call me back, so I agreed that I would make the effort to track him down later. I called later that day and the owner answered and said he would be there for the next half-hour, so I drove to go visit with him. When I arrived, I was only able to visit with the manager, Jeff. I explained to Jeff, as I had to Mitchell, that I had not dropped the phone or done anything out of the ordinary. I had only carried the phone in my pocket as I had done without incident for years before with the original screen on this phone (and with other phones). Jeff said the cracks looked like "pressure cracks" to him and that while he believed I hadn't done anything wrong or abusive to the phone, they would not warranty the repair unless the owner found some dirt or something under the screen from when they installed it but that that rarely happens because the owner is the one who installs the screens. Needless to say that gave me absolutely no hope they were going to stand behind the product, so I asked what they would do if they did not "discover" whatever they were looking for after they had my phone apart. After a conversation with someone on the other side of the doorway (whom I can only assume was the owner), he told me they only take $10 off of the repair rate ($89 instead of $99, plus tax). In the alternative, he offered to give me one of those clear stickers to put over the screen if I wanted it to keep it from breaking further. I just wanted them to stand by their product. They didn't. I didn't do anything out of the ordinary with my phone after they repaired it. That I know. I also know that a screen should last longer than 2 weeks (or even 6 months), and that they have $108 for a repair that lasted days. I also know they aren't willing to spend the time to stand by their warranty and made every effort possible to find an excuse to explain why they shouldn't have to honor their promise rather than figuring out how they could. On July 10, 2021 we took my phone to NWA Cell Phone Repair because my screen was black and would not work. The man working told me he could replace the screen and it would work. He even told me he had one in stock. Later he called and told us that the screen he had would not fit, so he would have to order one. He said that since he had to order one, we had to pay now. So we paid the $185.90. It was $169 before tax. They never called us to let us know the screen came in. We had to call them multiple times to know when the screen came in. Then we took the phone to the store and left it to get the new screen. Later they called us to let us know that the screen had been cut the wrong size. The screen was too big. The same man told us that he could put the wrong sized screen on so my phone would work, and he would order the right size screen which should be there within a week. He said this was at no extra cost to us. We decided that seemed fair. We received the phone back with a too big screen on July 17th. My phone did work but texting/typing/using the touch screen was difficult. I assume this was because it was the wrong size screen. Unfortunately the too big screen, did not allow me to put my otter box back on my phone. Plus I would have also had to buy a new screen protector for a temporary screen and the permanent one was supposed to be here within a week. I was very careful. I did not drop it once. I even wrapped it in a dish towel when I was not using it. At some point it cracked a very tiny crack on the side which spread some, but not bad enough to make the phone unusable. While waiting for the new screen which was 19 days later, they never called us once. I called them on August 5th and they said that the new screen was in. They also said that I would have to pay for the cracked screen. This was never mentioned when we agreed to using the too big screen. I told him that I would not pay for both. We agreed on the $169 plus tax for the correct size screen. He said that was fine and he would not work on my phone. We hung up. Later I called again and asked to speak to his boss. He said that he was the boss. I told him that I expected my phone to be fixed and I was not paying for both screens. I did not make the mistake in getting the wrong screen, and I could not even use my otter box. I told him to fix it or I would report him to the BBB and the attorney general. This is a scam business. they bought a Samsung note 8 phone from me on eBay. The phone is unlocked for sure as I personally tested it, but they claim it is not unlocked. I know they are running a cellphone repair shop and they should know this phone is unlocked. They insisted it is not unlocked and return the phone and pushed me for the return shipping fees. apparently they are finding an excuse but they know how to take advantage of eBay return. what makes me more nervous is the phone came back with more damages on the back, and i am highly suspect that they switch some parts in it. worse more, they left me a negative feedback for their fault. Took my iPhone 5s to get a screen replacement for 115 dollars, and a few months later I started to have problems with my phone battery and the screen started to pop off. I took it to the Phone Doctors in Fayetteville, and come to find out, NWA phone repair failed to put a shield over the home button and the display connecter on the inside of my phone. They also failed to replace the screws in my phone, causing my screen to pop off. Also my battery had eroded. I would not recommend taking anything to this place. On the outside my phone looked pretty after the screen repair, but they ended up destroying my phone on the inside. I am very disappointed with my service here. By far the worst place you can get your phone fixed, not only did they not fix my phone they would not refund me the $130 I paid, don't ever go here Apple will repair your in warranty screen for $130 on an iPhone 7 with genuine parts not the cheap non retina screen these guys get online. They completely robbed me but in the end I got a brand new phone from Apple. They kept my phone for two days and tried to blame iOS 11 beta 8 public on the fact that there screens would not work and guess what they where right but yet would not give me a genuine part even after they claimed to have one on site, but what really pissed me off is they would not put back my original screen and refund me my money so that I can take it to Apple. The reason those screens won't work is because I just found out in iOS 11 Apple implemented a paired calibration only for original display types made from the various lcd suppliers for Apple. If it's a knock off such as the ones they use here iOS 11 won't work. You will get no accurate touch response and the only way to calibrate them is using apples proprietary tools. So what this means is when Apple releases the final Gold Master of iOS 11 everyone with one of these knock off screens is going to realize iOS 11 won't function at all. I took my phone to their competitor and they where really nice and found the same results. They even tried it on two of there iPhones 7's. Another thing that it breaks is 3D Touch, as you can no longer use 3D Touch with a knock off screen. So I'm warning anyone who has an iPhone 7 to consider going though Apple for official parts. read more

I dropped my Iphone 5c and broke the screen. I contacted NWA CPR about getting a new screen. I was put somewhat at ease by their 6 month guarantee on all parts and labor. When I picked up my phone the glass was "fixed". I paid to get a new factory glass. I have been told by other phone repair companies that the glass comes attached to the LCD. It seems that NWA CPR is removing these and then attaching just the glass to other phones that don't need the LCD as well. 2 weeks after my repair my glass pulled loose from the LCD that it had been attached to and cracked the LCD in the process. I called and even went in about this since it obviously had to do with the repair. It turns out that the guarantee is only as good as the company makes it. They wood not stand by it. I had to buy another glass/LCD somewhere else. I have since gotten it fixed at another repair place in Bentonville. They say they get a lot of business from NWA CPR. Upon returning to the store the owner, Jason, refused to refund our money and instead said he'd fix it 'right' this time... Went back to pick it up on a friday, and they were closed at 5:00 (2 hours early) and the iPad was not ready as promised. Once I got the iPad back the second time it was glass (OEM) but not the oilephobic version that comes on the ipad (lots of finger prints) and the screen has come unattached again (greater than 50% of the screen is no longer attached.) The owner refuses to refund our money and insists on repeatedly making us drive 45 minutes each way to get the ipad fixed. read more

Once when I called to check on the status of my phone I was rudely told to quit bothering them and that they almost had it done (this was about halfway through the repair process), and through a couple of conversations I got the general feeling they they did not really know much about the inner workings of iphones.
