I had a new screen put on my phone and not even a week later, the new screen stopped working. They promised me a full lifetime warranty, but after bringing it back into the store and asking for the warranty, the guy lied to my face, saying it was my fault the screen stopped working. Dropped a phone off, they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it, No big deal right? Then they charged me the full amount of what it was supposed to be had they actually fixed it. A lot of sketchy people walking in and out. Refused to give me my broken phone back without paying for a service that was never done. Owner claims he has cameras with sound recording and says it didn't happen and that my info mystery disappeared from their system and that my experience just never happened. So now he's claiming slander. This place is the biggest hunk of junk in the area and I wouldn't donate shit to them when they finally go under for how horrible their customer service and work is. Haven't seen or met anyone with a positive experience at this facility.
