Because he has a YouTube channel, he was unable to edit any videos. So, I spent time trying to find somebody to fix it without spending an arm and a leg and I'm not tech-savvy enough to do it myself. But I remembered I met Reginald at a business expo and still had his card in my truck. I dropped it off with them and they very quickly installed a new hard drive and got the computer up and running even faster than what it was before. Because this happened during the pandemic, they did a nice job making sure they washed their hands and kept more than 6ft. distance when I dropped it off.
