Luckily I insisted on paying by CC as he originally insisted on cash........ plus tax? Then he offers me a $100 off. Unseasoned firewood is cheaper. We agree on him picking up the wood and giving me a full credit. He has not given me credit and it has been over two weeks! I had to start a dispute with my CC company. How do you run a reputable business this way? Brian. I wanted to like you and your product, but operating this way in my opinion is shady. People need their hard earned money to survive after this awful year. I have no doubt that if I had paid cash I would have had no recourse in this matter. Only do business with legitimate businesses that aren't scared to have reviews on their website. It's very telling and can protect consumers.
