Not only have I not been refunded, I still have an active subscription somehow and there is a recurring payment on my credit card that they refuse to remove. When I reach out, manager refuses to respond. Save yourself some hassle. Don't deal with these people.

Overall, they were 60% off on their estimate and it is always left to the patient to figure out how to make up for their mistakes. This is what is wrong with our healthcare. The doctors profit while we all suffer. I needed to go back and now I will not.

Today i finally had the cleaning and mid cleaning the front desk girl who is EXTREMELY RUDE walked in and canceled my filling appointment AGAIN after i was getting worked on! My mind is blown. Not to mention the sign on the door says MASKS PERMITTED and both front desk girls had it on there chins the whole time even when i walked up! How is this ok?
