If you're a collector and want to add to your inventory or buy a gift, this store has plenty of Hello Kitty, Pokemon, and Labubu items. Have fun with the claw machines and photo booths. The staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Browse at your leisure, they did not rush or pressure you to buy. As you enter, there is a shelf to the right of the entrance to drop off your beverage. No drinks allowed while browsing. We had brought some ice tea moments earlier and were guilty of trying to bring it inside! I think this rule is fair since you may bump into something and spill the tea! My daughter and I were walking around Alhambra looking for a comic store, when Imizzu basically threw itself at us and tempted us to walk inside. So of course we did. Inside was a colorful explosion of claw machines, photo booths, plushies, Sanrio everything, Pokémon goodies, Labubu, cute pens, anime, stickers, and other miscellaneous knick knacks..... basically a cute merch black hole. We went in intrigued and walked out w bags of adorable stuff we absolutely didn't need but too cute to pass up, obviously!! The staff was super friendly. They take cash, but nothing over a $20 bill. I have come here 3 times, and I love this store. The staff is fantastic, and always helpful and friendly. The second time I came here, I was with my daughter and we were trying to win a toy from the claw machine. The woman working here was so nice and used extra tokens to try to help me win something for my daughter. Unfortunately, she doesn't have the key to the machines, so she wasn't able to reposition any of the prizes for me, but she tried many times for us. I came back this weekend with a friend, and Sean was such a pleasure to talk to. He saw the lafufu's we won at Kawaii Klaws across the street and enthusiastically chatted with us about them. We asked about the free fotoflash promo they had in the store - it was a scavenger hunt! It was such a fun activity to do together, and we got to use the photobooth for free at the end! Sean is a gem - he is funny, charismatic, friendly, and helpful. The store is great - it has a wide variety of cute things to buy and a few activities to do (DIY picture frame and a variety of photo booths with fun props). They have a great selection of labubus - even the large Zimomos! My friend and I really had a great time here. I highly recommend it and will definitely come back when I'm in the area. Found this really cute shop called Imizzu Gift Shop in Alhambra, thanks to my lovely daughter. Customer service here is excellent. As soon as we walked in they greeted us and asked if we were looking for something particular. Thank you Sean! They had us spin the wheel every visit and so far have won $5 off our purchase. We have now visited Imizzu Gift Shop for the third time and have bought our Labubus here. The neat thing is that all 3 Labubu boxes we've purchased so far carry three different Labubus inside. We've already told all our family and friends about Imizzu Gift Shop and some have already stopped by to pick up some Labubus among other blind boxes. We'll be visiting again sometime next week to pick up some items and gifts for family and friends. read more

Imizzu is a nice little trinket/ gift shop that people can go into in order to get any trinkets, take a little photo at the Photo Booth or try in some of the claw machines for a game! I would say the selection is a good variety of things such as Sonny Angels, Mofusand, and more! For value, it varies based on what you get. I would recommend this spot if you're in the area and want to do a little photo booth with friends, family and/or other closed loved ones! TIP: There's no restrooms here! In addition, for parking, make sure you park in a public parking spot close by such as street parking or parking near Bon Appetea which is across Imizzu! read more

The place reminded me of Tokyo Lifestyle with its mini claw machines and bigger ones too as well as pins, jewelry, blind boxes, Pokemon cards, figurines, hair accessories, and more. After walking around a bit, I decided to attempt the claw machines filled with geese in pumpkins after my husband failed to get one. Eventually snagged one for him and the staff member was excited for our win. We did later find out that there were different coins for the small claw machines from the bigger claw machines after reading the signs on the coin change machine lolz I was fascinated by their soft rugs that featured the classic Gameboy designs and even one that was a Gengar. read more

I didn't know there was another one of these shops until I followed them on instagram. They had Labubu clothes and my girlfriend wanted to check it out. This location is slightly smaller than the Alhambra location. There are large and Chibi claw machines that require tokens, plushies, stick on nails, candles, pins, folders, rugs, many blind boxes, Labubu blindboxes, opened Labubu that you can buy, Labubu clothes, two photobooths with accessories , and other things. Some things are reasonably priced such as the pins, press on nails, and smaller plushies. The popular stuff like the larger plushies and Labubu are really expensive. They range from 50-70 dollars like most stores now. The employees were nice. No public restrooms. It's located in the middle of a busy street close to Bucas and Miniso. read more

Super cute shop with lots of cute trinkets and gifts, some photo booths in the back (not purikura unfortunately), pet accessories and items (from Lil Wild Pets, very cute), blind boxes, game mats, posters, candles, etc. There's also free props to use too and backdrops for pics as well. I guess there's combs and hair curler/straightener there but I, personally, wouldn't use them. Not all of the anime/Poke'mon goods here are official items and some of hilarious questionable bootleg quality, but they do have the cute Mofusand cat items. Love this store on Main St! Still unbelievable I just found out about it! You can follow them on Instagram to stay updated about what new items they have. I was excited to find Labubu being sold somewhere where I didn't have to fight people over but please be aware that this shop sells it at 3x the standard price. The standard price of the Macaron series sold at Popmart is $21.99. This shop sells it for $55 + tax. I understand wanting to make a profit over selling such a popular item but in comparison, there's another shop in Whittier selling them for $45. It's absolutely a price gouging scam. It is not worth it and they should be embarrassed and ashamed of themselves for charging such an outrageous price. read more

Imizzu is a really cute gift shop but please BEWARE. The Sonny Angels they sell are not real!! It's extremely deceiving since the boxes look exactly like the real ones but the figures are actually fake. Please be wary when purchasing blind box figures here! I ended up paying around $22 including taxes, definitely not worth the price as they are fake and still more expensive than the original Sonny Angels. At our most recent visit today, we arrived at Imizzu around 1:45 pm to find the store closed with a sign saying they were on break and would be right back. After waiting for 15 minutes, we were about to give up and head elsewhere when we finally heard someone unlocking the door. We browsed the store for a while and were planning to try out the photo booth (around 2:10-2:15 pm mark). However, just as we were deciding between the two booths, the male staff member approached us and bluntly asked if we were going to buy anything. He then mentioned that he & the other gal on shift were hungry and wanted to close up to get food (which was confusing since the sign just a while ago indicated they were on break). We could either checkout or come back in an hour. The whole interaction felt incredibly rushed and made us feel like they just wanted us out of the store. It's especially strange considering they had JUST reopened after their break according to the sign. It left us wondering if the "break" was just them closing up whenever they wanted. It's a shame because the store has potential, but the staff's behavior left a negative impression. Hopefully, they can improve their customer service in the future. If you do decide to go, just be prepared for the possibility of being questioned about your purchasing intentions and rushed out the door! read more

FAKE SONY ANGELS !!!! I bought a Sony angel here for $20+tax. It's a fake and I could tell when I opened it yet I still didn't want to assume anything. The paint job was bad, the face was funky and arms were kinda detached. I went back in to ask if I could exchange it or anything because it didn't look right ( like I said I didn't want to just assume it was fake because It could've just been a bad one.) The worker which is not at fault told me his manager told him that they didn't do exchanges... So I asked lastly before I left disappointed if it was even real.
