Mary and her crew have been cleaning my house for four years. I tried other cleaners and they were quite competent and efficient. But Immaculate Cleaning Essentials has gone above and beyond for me. And they're very nice people as well. They are always on time or text me well in advance if there are scheduling issues. They change the bedsheets if I leave out a set for them. They check with me if I need anything else cleaned before they go. When they clean they try very hard to take odds and ends and put them in sensible places. Even when they leave things on the counter they take pains to arrange things so they look nice. With other services I have used, it is not uncommon that little piles of odds and ends will be left on counters here and there for me to take care of. Immaculate Cleaning Essentials has never left unsightly piles behind. When they are done cleaning my home it looks as if I had personally supervised everything they did (and generally I'm not even in the house). Pillows and cushions are always neatly and attractively arranged. Sure, I get that everybody has a different idea of how they want their house cleaned. In my experience, the Immaculate Cleaning Essentials crew takes great care to talk to you and work with you to find out how you want it done. I can't think of anything they could do better. I highly recommend Mary and her crew. They have been cleaning my south San Jose home, twice a week, for years (with the exception of covid shut-down times). They are super reliable, conscientious, and do a great job. When I communicate to Mary that I need something different she is very responsive and flexible. I've changed times, dates, what I want cleaned that week, etc. She does a great job of accommodating me. Also, it something got overlooked or wasn't quite the way I wanted, she fixes it immediately. Hired Mary and her crew for a move-out cleaning. Out of all the companies I called, Mary was the only one who came out for a quote in-person. Since all the quotes came in at roughly the same price, I felt Mary would would be good since she was able to see the house and we were able to discuss what I was expecting. On cleaning day, 3 people spent close to 4 hours and left the empty house pretty much immaculate, better than when we moved in. This was at the very high bar of what I was expecting. First off...this person was late to her appointment and second of all the ladies that accompanied this Maria lady spoke no English, so it was very difficult to communicate with them. This is to share an experience across a breadth of tasks, one which was not only a pure delight, it was one which genuinely made a huge difference. She came with an approach of helping someone, to solve problems, to be part of the project. She tackled a very broad range of items..cleaning, packing, sorting, organizing, managing. She moved her schedule to make time for attacking the problems. In the corporate world, we look for efficiency, speed, attention to detail, problem solving, time management and call it a "good job" if one or two are seen...this was an experience of all of these in a perfect blend. Words can't express the level of satisfaction and relief that she created. I would not limit approaching Mary for just cleaning. THEY DID NOT SHOW!!! We booked them for a deep cleaning move-out of our apartment. We had used their service two years before when we made a previous move and they had done a fantastic job. Because of how well they had done before I did not hesitate to get quotes from another service and simply contacted them. I spoke with them on the phone to make sure they would be able to come on a Saturday afternoon to fit our time frame (they assured me they could), a woman came by and walked through our apartment with my wife, told her what time they would arrive on that Saturday and they sent us the quote. Come of the day of our move and THEY NEVER SHOWED!!! I tried calling many times, only to get their voice mail. In the meantime all of our cleaning supplies were packed in the truck and so even if we had felt like cleaning ourselves we didn't have anything to clean with. I have now sent them TWO emails asking what happened and have gotten no response. What a shame that we had been so pleased with the first result and they just completely blew off formerly satisfied customers! read more

Like other people I've tried cleaning services and have felt let down, like "give me a free Saturday and I can do it myself". What a pleasant surprise. Not only would a "free" Saturday been sufficient time for me, I would NEVER have cleaned as well Mary and her team. Without a doubt, Immaculate Cleaning Essentials is THE BEST cleaning service. Starting off with an initial meeting meeting to walk through the house, discuss the type of cleaning supplies I preferred, and areas that require special attention. Additionally Mary explained her special attention to getting rid of dust. She is very professional and the rates are extremely reasonable. The day of cleaning they were prompt and got right into it. Excellent planning as everyone knew exactly what to do. My major problem area has been the kitchen floor. I had explained that I could bleach it two days in a row and it still needed cleaning. My white towel test found the floor the cleanest it's ever been. Much to my surprise the stove was cleaning as well. Incredible! It looked as clean as the day it was delivered! The bathrooms, counter tops, bedrooms all perfect. Even the sills above the doors were dust free. Just as a new car has that "new car smell" when Mary and her team were finished the house had a "had a dust-free clean house smell". Before leaving Mary asked me to note any area that wasn't clean enough. I give Mary and Immaculate Cleaning an EXCELLENT rating as is as good as it gets. Mari and her entire team are wonderful! I moved to the Santa Clara area from San Ramon two years ago and I instantly connected with Mari when I first met to interview her. I was impressed that she made a list of my specific needs and later asked me to provide her with feedback after the first few cleanings. We recently had immaculate cleaning do a deep cleaning of our house and the results came out beautiful! The shower doors and tubs were sparkling. We had a lot of build-up in the bathrooms and they did an excellent job of getting them to look great again. The kitchen is now super clean, and they even did the inside of the fridge! The windows look fabulous and sparkling as well. It made such a huge difference in our living room to have the windows cleaned. All around, the place looks like it has had facelift and it smells great too! Everyone in our household is enjoying the fresh clean look around here. They were on time and they were honest about one or two things that they couldn't get done (not their fault when our electric outlet does not work in the car garage). Mary and her crew are AMAZING! They just cleaned my home for an open house and it's the best it's ever looked. I always have high expectations when I have had a house cleaning and end up a little disappointed, but not this time. Mary said she would not leave until I was 100% satisfied and as she left said I could call her if I saw something later that I wasn't happy with. I tried 6 different people for a quote - a couple didn't call me back, and the others were slower to respond and cost more. Mary got right back to me on emails/phone, and has a competitive rate. She was very friendly and took care of my things -- I had to stop in and out while they were cleaning and every time I did they were all doing deep cleaning. They cleaned behind and under everything and didn't scratch an of our appliance. I will stop now but really, I'm never *that* happy with a cleaning -- I usually feel like I could do a better job myself. So glad I found her! And she has a cute Prius. :) read more
