What a disappointed, nothing on the counters were moved to be wiped down, dust on the blinds, untouched cabinets and appliances. When I asked Danielle how we could fix the situation she couldn't come back until the following week and offered a discounted price for the NEXT service. Requested housecleaning for mother's home while in hospital. Crew of two left many areas untouched / only half cleaned. Pictures of areas sent to Dami showing dirt of these areas: Windowsill in bedroom, standing desk in office, baseboards all around home, closet doors. WHICH I SENT AS PICTURES TO DAMI IMMEDIATELY AFTER HIS CREW COMPLETED THEIR WORK. I had always intended to use my credit card for this service from the time I booked this service. There was zero mention of what forms this housecleaning service takes on their Yelp Review page. Dami later refused to take my credit card as he refused to pay fees for a legal business bank account. After weeks of him harassing me, we agreed to a resolution with me purchasing a money order from local Post Office so that I had payment receipt. Will NOT use their service again. read more

Dami got back to me very promptly, and we arranged a time for her to send 2 folks out for 2-3 hours for a deep clean at a set price beforehand for the entire clean. They did a phenomenal job, and we have contracted with Dami to regularly clean the house going forward. read more

I wish I took a before picture to show how amazing the work completed is!!! I contacted the owner through yelp and got my entire house cleaned; 4 bedrooms 2 baths in about 4 hours the next day. The bid I was quoted stayed the same and I was not surprised with any extra costs last minute. Two ladies came to the property right on time and immediately got to work and left my house looking spotless. They took extra care of my brothers room, he is disabled and his room looks AMAZING. It was in much disarray before especially the children's foam tiles which are a PAIN to clean. They cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen spectacularly and even took out the trash. When they left they told me the next cleaning would be a lot better, once I set up a reoccurring cycle and I can only imagine how spotless it will be! The house was pretty messy with dust etc accumulating and the entire house is now dust free and super clean. Will look forward to hiring them again!!! read more

Everything great with this company up until the end. Responsive to request and provided a reasonable range quote for move out cleaning. Communicated start time well. Team arrived and did very thorough cleaning job. Only challenge was no one spoke English or Spanish making communication with the team go through phone app. End - it all worked. Payment things broke down. As a tenant move out I need an invoice. And I planned to pay the old fashioned way with a check or a card. The crew didn't take any money leaving it to the owner. I was sent codes to electronically transfer money with no invoice. Doesn't work for me. Then I get accused of trying to skip out on the bill. Owner did.
