Kelly was extremely accommodating and flexible. She allowed me to meet her instantly on her off day. She offers a flat rate of $200 for my cat, and had a turn around rate of 24-48 hours after payment. She. assured me that she chose this field because she wanted to handle owners pets with care while some other places may not and assured me she'd be the only one handling my baby Pearl. We had to euthanize our 17 year old cat today, and have been dreading this day for years. We needed a compassionate vet, and I'm so grateful I found Dr. Allen. She was so incredibly kind and we could tell she genuinely cared and felt for us. She guided us step by step through the process, gave us all the time we needed to say goodbye and made sure we were ready for each step. We'd initially scheduled her for 4 pm, and our fur baby started declining fast the night before. She rearranged her morning appointments so she could come earlier, and at the time we requested. That meant so much to us, especially since we're a new client - she didn't even know us. Her paw print box is the sweetest keepsake and we appreciated the beautiful basket she carried our baby out in. It had a blanket to cover him which almost felt like a burial. Euthanasia feels impossibly heavy, awful, and sad. We discovered today that choosing the right vet is so, so important. We'll never call anyone but Dr. Allen.

From the moment they arrived, they treated Oliver -- and me -- with such compassion and respect. They explained each step with care and gave us all the time we needed. Oliver passed calmly, at home, in his favorite spot, surrounded by love. I'm deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism. It takes a special kind of heart to do what they do, and Sweet Dreams truly has it. They helped turn one of the hardest moments into a peaceful farewell, and I'll always be thankful for that.
