When our 15 year old inside tabby passed we did not hesitate to use their services again. We had Dr M.G. McReynolds (who I had used back in the 00s) come for an in-home visit and she handled the transport of our baby to Heavenly Paws. The location is a bit strange, as it's in an office park, but the environment inside is immediately warm and welcoming as soon as you walk in. Don't let the initial outside looks fool you. It was an incredibly difficult day, but the team from Sweet Dreams made it as peaceful and gentle as possible. From the moment they arrived, they treated Oliver -- and me -- with such compassion and respect. They explained each step with care and gave us all the time we needed. Oliver passed calmly, at home, in his favorite spot, surrounded by love. I'm deeply grateful for their kindness and professionalism. I would come to this location because I live closest to this one now. Again, absolutely amazing service. Shante was very nice and extremely sympathetic. She explained all the details to us and gave us our final moments with our doggie. We had her back within three hours. We also asked her to cut our babies ponytail and she did just that perfectly and put a ribbon around it. I highly recommend coming here in your time of sorrow.
