The best urgent care service I've ever had! Staff was super friendly, nurturing, and helpful... and I was seen very fast. The last Urgent Care I went to was very dismissive, did not attend my needs, concerns, or hear my input. However, DuPage Immediate Care comforted me, tended to my concerns, and went through every area to find the problem. And they found issue and informed me about the course of action. They potentially saved my life, and more notably cared for me as an individual. The area seems a little sketchy, but the care is phenomenal. This is an incredible pharmacy!! It may look small, but they can find your medication for you and get it quickly and at a reasonable cost! I was so sick of going to my local chain pharmacy in town, waiting in LONG lines at all hours, just to be told they can't find the prescription in their "system" or they lost my insurance info or that my insurance doesn't cover the medicine! This pharmacy wants to help and understands insurance well!! And, they will help look for a manufacturer coupon if insurance doesn't cover something. They are so courteous, knowledgeable and easy to work with!! This pharmacy has helped me so much! I am so thankful for them and tell all my friends! Excellent customer service, very friendly staff (Julia, I believe was the nurse practitioner who assisted me) and extremely efficient service. I was in and out with a controlled medication for my moms recovery from a burn wound. I compared the same prescription price to Walgreens and ICP was cheaper in price. This is the best pharmacy! It's tucked away inside the Immediate Care medical building, but it's so worth going there. The pharmacist, Julia, is awesome -- polite and caring, and she knows her stuff. She also goes out of her way to help with your concerns, which in my case was the cost of the medication. I originally went to this pharmacy when I no longer had medical insurance and was told that the prices are lower here. They sure are, and the service is top notch.
