The experience of trying to work with her for several months was by far the most exhausting and frustrating medical experience any of us have ever had. We spent a lot of money, in total several thousand dollars, on expensive consultations, supposed airway assessments, and some treatment for my husband and walked away with next to nothing in return. There was no difference between what she called an initial consultation and full airway assessment. They did the same pictures and videos twice, with a short questionnaire thrown in for the assessment. It was a ripoff. The level of disorganization and unprofessionalism was astounding. We also paid $500 each for two CBCT scans that ended up being a complete waste of time and money since we discontinued treatment with her due to escalating levels of frustration and lack of communication/follow through from her office. She was using a mobile CBCT unit that was next to impossible to contact and obtain a disc and thumb drive of our scans from, which of course we were told would be automatic and not a problem to get. I asked multiple times for the radiology report on my CBCT to be sent to me and again, I got nothing. I believe she has now shut down her airway dentistry location and is back at the pediatric clinic. Unfortunately, I know of several other people who also invested large amounts of money into consultations, assessments, sleep studies, etc. and got nothing in return, other than a flimsy referral to another dentist! The fact that someone who is a medical professional can act in this unethical manner and get away with it is both heartbreaking and infuriating. Do not go to her for anything airway related. You will be disappointed and out the money. Disclaimer: we have never been to her pediatric office. I'm posting this as a general warning.

We were there because she fell and hit her tooth and it was discolored so we couldn't get in her regular dentist same day but the tooth needed to be looked at. She works in pediatric dentistry but can't handle a child crying. The appointment was also at 8:00am and I didn't get called back until 8:45. Would not recommend taking small kids to this office.

They explained to him what was going to happen. Staff was happy, helpful, know there job. The doctor was great. Kody was happy, laughing and having a good time. They even gave him a blanket to stay warm. Total time just under an hour. I would recommend them. There great!! Ohhh and when they lay you back, there is a TV on the ceiling to watch. How awesome is that.
