For being sick and asking to reschedule, a $100 charge? Coming from the same place who claims to have same day appointments? This is so disappointing that a local business would try to rip off a local resident for their own benefit. Do yourself and your wallet a favor, go elsewhere. Because heaven forbid you get sick and can't make an appointment, they will certainly see it as a money making opportunity to pad their own pockets.

I've been a patient of the Care Center for several years, up until Monday, April 27th appointment…read more After receiving a phone call, recording and text confirming my appointment, I arrived on-time for my scheduled 6 month cleaning and exam. I had to take time away from work to keep this appointment. When I arrived, I was handed an ipad and asked to update several pages of personal information that has not changed and still on file. While entering multiple pages, I could hear the receptionist calling clients to reschedule because the dental staff still had not showed up for work ( I guess they had a rough weekend). After about 15 minutes, still combing through the multiple pages of information and hearing the phone calls, I realized that I was being stalled because the folks still hadn't showed up for work yet. I closed out of the ipad, handed the receptionist the device and left the office to return to work. I received a call from the receptionist stating that if I didn't return to the office that I would be charged a $50.00 no-show fee. I explained to her that my time is as valuable as their staff's. If they didn't show up for work, at least they could be honest with the customer. Additionally, If there is information that needed to be updated, they should have mentioned it in the multiple notifications received to confirm the appointment. A week later I emailed the Center detailing my negative experience and have not received a reply. I just received a $50.00 "No-Show" bill and I will pay it to avoid any derogatory information on my credit report. They probably need the $50.00 more than I do. I'm not going to manage your staffing issues for you but you folks have a problem, lets be honest with your customers and recognize that they're time is as important as yours.

Fix broken tooth ( lower front) on a 6 over 6 permanent denture, Went in as a walk on so I didn't…read moremind the wait and staff was friendly. when Dr Simpson came in he ask me to take my dentures out and I told him they have to be un screwed. He said he does not do that and proceeded to reattach the chip. The brake was a clean brake and once he finished it appeared as good a new. He charged a little over $350 for 15 minutes or less. $104 for a consultation which did'nt take place unless telling him your name is considered that and the remainder for a dap of acrylic glue. Came home just happy to my smile back, in about 45 minutes ate some soft lasagna, went to bath room to brush and rinse my mouth when I spit out the rinse there went the tooth down the drain. So his repair lasted less than 90 minutes, yes I checked the P-trap. I think his prices are way high, I feel for the people of Bunn. His skill, at least on repairing chips is suspect at the very least
