I just had my appointment with my doctor and my labs doesn't make any sense. So they won't refill…read moremy medication that I take every day even though the labs showing otherwise I don't understand. I'm annoyed by my appointment today. It seems with crappy insurance. Labs are always incorrect because when I had quest doing my labs with better insurance, the results were always correct but somehow with LabCorp they're always incorrect so something is wrong with our system. I'm really frustrated right now. Dr. Kim was a great doctor. I appreciate all his help and everything but I don't appreciate the incorrect labs from LabCorp again when it's showing one thing when I take my medication every single day and its showing I don't how is that even possible?? This entire thing makes no sense. Do you guys not want to help people with anxiety? Do I recommend this medical facility maybe I like them I did like them but today I'm very upset so I'm not happy with my appointment. How can somebody with severe panic attacks and anxiety not be given their medication just because the results are incorrect. Makes absolutely no sense to me at all, I'm very unhappy and frustrated beyond belief. I have taken the same medication for years and now you're all of a sudden gonna stop it because the labs are wrong. It just makes me so upset. I even asked to take the labs again and they wouldn't do it because two times it's showing negative. How is that possible when I take my medication every single day? I'm a Mom she is my everything, why would I seek help from you guys if I didn't need it? You guys have no clue what I have been through and I do my best to stay positive and now this? I'm so disheartened by the medical field. I don't go out I don't even like taking my medication but two medications I usually never miss is my autoimmune medication and my anxiety medication that you guys won't give me now? Do you know what it's like to have health issues? Do you have any clue what I have been through? No, I'm so disappointed in so many things to do with drs I'm starting to not trust them anymore, sometimes I feel like giving up seeing drs because most of you seem to not want to help people who really need it the most. I'm so upset with everything how can anyone trust drs these days when so many bad experiences like today? I'm so confused on the bloodwork still, one place shows one thing and labcorp always shows something different? This makes absolutely no sense whatsoever! Please explain to me how every bloodwork and urine is different? Someone f'd up somewhere this is not ok!!! I'll have to try to find another doctor since you guys can't help me anymore. I do not recommend this clinic or labcorp for that matter but i have no choice but to go there for my so called health care! I'm extremely disappointed in my 2 years of working with Dr. Kim! Wow just wow is all I have to say. Have a beautiful day be kind to everyone you don't know what somebody is going through in their lives!! Edit to 1 star - sorry I had to add more because of how upset I am! Always going to stay positive for the most part, but I'm only human and I'm so sad, upset, anxiety, and I feel so helpless and angry with everything and all these Drs who are suppose to care but don't. I promise on my life I take my medication everyday, this is not ok I'm still so confused with my labs I am at a loss for words!! Aloha

First thing is that this place does not open 24/7…read more My company sent me here for a worker's comp case. I came in with very bad headaches and was hoping to get treatment for it. But it was such a waste of time to be seen by a very young PA, Ashima Gore. She was not giving the appropriate attention. Not just that, she was given false information. I filled out the application with full details of my visit along with the form my employer sent, but Ashima came in having no clue about why I was there. At first, I still provided her with the information, but then she seemed like she didn't pay attention and asked me again. I was having headaches, with her being that way, I felt uncomfortable. I asked if she is a novice in her position. She said she is experienced. If she is, she is terrible. For those of you that don't know, you don't have to stay employed with your company to use worker's comp benefits or treatments. If your injuries took place during work, even if you resigned, you can still use your worker's comp. It's general information. Google it up if you want to cross-check. For Ashima to be a PA there and told me that my situation is not applicable to worker's comp if I was no longer with the company. And that there must be a physical object falling on me, hitting me, or causing physical injuries for the worker's comp to apply, was straightly ridiculous and misleading. I advised her, supposedly, as long as the injury took place during employment. I still don't have to be with the company to get treatment. She argued that I would still need to be employed or be hit with a physical object. I am sorry, but I don't take unreasonable statements as an answer. I requested Ashima to give me a report of what she stated, and I would seek for professional feedback on her statement. She then suggested that I see the director of the clinic tomorrow for a second opinion. I went through enough headaches. I needed treatment. I don't need an unpresent careless PA to misinform me. My headaches got worse after I saw her. She does more damage and without any help. It was a total waste of time seeing her, then came home with heavier headaches. Not just that, the report does not show all my injuries. I asked the representative that handed me the report, "How come some information is missing?" She stated that because they don't want to disclose sensitive information, that was why it is not there. What? Dried eyes are sensitive information that cannot be disclosed? What in the world were they both thinking? This is not what I need when I am looking for treatment. I get no treatment and just got false information from these girls.

It is difficult to put into words how grateful we are for our experience at Kaiser Anaheim. We were…read moreadmitted Monday night, August 17, and welcomed our son, James, on Wednesday, August 19 at 4:08 a.m. From the moment we arrived through my induction, labor and delivery, James's NICU care, postpartum, and the care that followed, the compassion, attentiveness, professionalism, and kindness we experienced were truly incredible. There were so many people who cared for us that I unfortunately wasn't able to get everyone's name. I want those people to know they have not been forgotten. The doctors, nurses, midwives, NICU team, lactation consultants, Health Scholars, volunteers, and staff all contributed to making one of the most important and vulnerable experiences of our lives feel safe and supported. I especially want to recognize the doctor who started my induction. Although I unfortunately did not get their name, I am incredibly grateful for the care and guidance we received as we began a process that was completely new to us. Diana and Sandra were our nurses in the beginning and were wonderful as we settled in and began the journey of welcoming our baby. During delivery, Amy, our midwife, and Aida, our nurse, helped us welcome James into the world. We are incredibly grateful for their care, encouragement, and support during such an emotional and unforgettable moment. When James was born, he needed immediate medical attention, and an entire team stepped in to care for him. I wish I had gotten every person's name because they deserve to be recognized. Watching the doctors and nurses respond so quickly, calmly, and attentively was incredibly reassuring. They made sure our baby received everything he needed while keeping us supported as brand-new parents. I especially want to recognize the NICU doctor who cared for James, along with the entire NICU team. Having your newborn need additional care immediately after birth is incredibly emotional, and knowing he was surrounded by such capable and compassionate people gave us tremendous comfort. We are especially grateful to Thuy and Doris, James's NICU nurses. They were incredibly attentive and gave us so much reassurance when we needed it most. We will always remember the care they gave our little boy and the kindness they showed us as his parents. Our postpartum experience continued that same level of care. Tiffany, Tiawen, Jaimini, and Lacey, our final postpartum nurse, were all wonderful and helped us through those important first days as a new family. Rose, our lactation consultant, was also an important source of help and support. There were other nurses and lactation consultants whose names I didn't get, but whose kindness and guidance made a lasting impact. I also want to thank the doctor who performed James's circumcision. I unfortunately didn't get the doctor's name, but I want their care to be recognized as part of our wonderful experience. The Health Scholars and volunteers, along with staff working behind the scenes, also deserve recognition. There were so many acts of kindness--people checking on us, answering questions, offering reassurance, helping us learn how to care for our new baby, and making us feel surrounded by people who genuinely cared. What made Kaiser Anaheim so special wasn't just one person or one moment. It was the entire team and the consistency of the care we received. From the doctor who began my induction to our labor and delivery team, the people who immediately cared for James, his NICU doctor and nurses, our postpartum nurses and lactation consultants, the doctor who performed his circumcision, and everyone else we encountered, we continually felt our family was in caring and capable hands. We never felt like just another patient, another baby, or another room. We felt cared for as a family. To Diana, Sandra, Aida, Amy, Thuy, Doris, Tiffany, Tiawen, Jaimini, Lacey, Rose, the doctors whose names I wish I had gotten, and every other incredible person who cared for our family: thank you. Thank you for caring for me, for caring for our son, and for supporting our family during such a vulnerable, emotional, and life-changing experience. Kaiser Anaheim will forever be part of the story of how James came into the world, and we could not be more grateful.
