I reached out again for last time through email and received this "We have received your inquiry! Our Customer Support team will respond at the earliest opportunity (Monday - Friday). We look forward to assisting you! *Crickets So I went to the website to check my order status and the website was down. "Stating temporarily closed" and "needed time to regroup." The only way I was able to contact this company is through email, which you'll receive generic automated reply saying "someone will contact you" which never happens as you see stated above. Poked around on their ig page and the comments had been turned off, which was never the case. They've lost my business for good and saddened by the lack of communication, customer service and ultimately theft and deceit from a once reputable company. You will not receive a refund and will need to file a claim through your bank to recover your funds. Tread lightly if you dare. I would not recommend this company.

When the end of August arrived I called to request a refund. It's been 2 months now and my promised refund has yet to be hit my account. I've sent several messages and I only receive a promise that it's on the way or the refund dept is looking into it. I am now taking it to the BBB because this is not how business should be ran. The night that I purchased the items, the store was closing so I called the store as soon as I saw the rips to ensure that my long distance number would be on the store's call log when they opened the next day. Unfortunately they did not have an answering machine. I attempted to return the ripped dress the next day even though I'd detached the tags. I figured the number of items that I purchased, the amount of money that I had spent, the fact that I'd called as soon as I found out the dress was ripped, the fact that I was visiting from another state, and the fact that my daughter and I came back to purchase more items would have been enough to receive an exception to the return policy rule concerning detached tags. The manager, Pablo, was nasty, condescending, and kept a sh%t eating grin on his face when telling me that I could not receive an exchange. More importantly, I did not want a refund, but I wanted to exchange the rip dress for another dress. Although, I will never patronize this store again, I recommend that anyone purchasing items from this store to try on all items before purchase. Lastly, I would like to say that the cashiers that assist me the night that I purchased the items had great customer service etiquette. If only Fanny & Isaiah's manager, Pablo, had great customer service skills like they do, I'm sure the store would have a 5-star rating!

Still, we made a purchase, about $50 for Jellycat and a small toy. The store tries hard to give off an upscale, curated vibe, but the service is pure snooty attitude and fake class. We're in town from Rockwall, Texas the smallest and wealthiest county in the state, about 20 minutes from Dallas, fortunately we don't need to steal outdated trinkets. The fake-classy attitude here is laughable. snooty staff, zero warmth, and absolutely no sense of how to treat customers. If you're expecting grace, charm, or even basic decency, keep looking.

If you are going to go as far as setting up a real website with functional online ordering and collect customer payment, at least abide by your posted hours! Very frustrating when you think you can swing by a store to pick up your order (a gift for someone) on the way to a birthday party then have to scramble to go buy an alternative gift at another store.
