Miles is the best! He is super fast, super friendly, and I was only without my phone for 10 minutes. I stayed in my house while he repaired it in his mobile shop. Keep an eye out on this scam artist clown!!!! -Will only allow you to pay in cash or bank wire so whenever his terrible quality products fail and he doesn't honor the warranty like he said he would, you are unable to get any kind of refund. -Will swap out your battery for a fried battery, Then will try to sell you your battery back, which was the battery he just took out of your phone (because you do not see him preform the work on your phone) -Uses the cheapest quality screen on the market, Visually and quality much lower than apples screens. I had him replace my phone screen, he showed up on time and was overly nice trying to build some kind of fake report to make you feel comfortable. There are more than one tier when it comes to Iphone screen replacements, I asked and confirmed with him that it is not the lowest level glass but rather one below apples licensed screen, he told me that was correct. We confirmed the phone needed a screen replacement, then he kept pushing the issue of getting a new battery for 10 minutes, I told him I do not need a new battery and haven't had a single battery issue with the phone since owning it. He told me he was going to work in his car in 105F weather, I invited him inside my work place that has more than enough space and resources for him to complete the job but he insisted to work in his car. (This is where he does his devious work) He came back inside in 20 minutes to hand back the phone, Instantly I notice a quality differences from screens by just looking at the lock screen, I asked why the color and quality was different and he said it wasn't, I said I can clearly see the difference and he kept insisting that there was not one and this one would come with a warranty if the screen or touch screen features don't work. Reluctantly, I took his word.. He insisted I paid cash or send the money over via zelle (wire transfer) and that he doesn't have any kind of P.O.S or the ability to accept card (Another RED FLAG) Within 2 hours of him leaving my phone went from 90%+ to below 10%. I notice the screen felt EXTREMELY hot to the touch and was unresponsive, only black. By messing with the silence toggle switch I can feel the phone vibrating meaning the phone is working but the screen isn't. I reached back to him the next day, less than 24 hours after the repair to let him know the problems. He told me that those issues were not covered under the warranty (even though he stated any screen or touch issues would be) but rather he could come back out and have me pay for a new screen and a new battery.. Obviously not trusting this clown I took my phone to a physical store location and told them about what happened, when they replaced my screen the mentioned to me that the battery that was in my phone was a fried battery that has no business being in a phone. It may seem like you save $10 right now but it'll surely cost you much more in the long run of needing a new battery and another screen on top of it. DON'T TRUST ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THIS CLOWN!! read more

He used to work for Apple's iPhone insurance company so he knows everything about Apple devices. Trustworthy for sure. After he first replaced my screen, the front camera still wasn't working (I had originally cracked my phone directly over the front camera, so it wasn't his error). WHYYYYY my Galaxy S3 STILL has broken glass today: I called over Christmas and left THREE messages about my GALAXY S3 glass repair. never returned calls. I then caught him on phone after Jan1 and AGAIN described my need to have a GALAXY S3 repaired, he kept interrupting me to give his sales speal about who THEIR repair is warranted for 1 year, etc,etc,etc.....I told him I was in a hurry and just wanted to schedule an appt AND HE STILL KEPT TELLING ME WHAT A GREAT SERVICE HE HAD.... "Used Car Salesman:" I set a mobile appt 2 weeks out and on the day of the appt, he didn't show and didn't call, so I called HIM and he said he was runnign late and would meet me at my job.
