Honestly, the only reason I'm writing this review is so others don't make the same mistake as I did. I'm a college freshman student as ASU and I shattered my Iphone 8 plus. Not being able to bring my car first semester, this service seemed reliable and easy. It was anything but that. First of all when he first arrived, I asked Miles if I was getting an original APPLE Iphone OEM screen which he replied yes. That was a lie, I got a third party screen that stopped working after 2 days. (For anyone who gets the service done, check your screen with someone else who has the same phone, you'll notice the brightness and contrast is very different and not as clear as the original screen) Second of all, he lost parts in my iphone which caused my iphone to overheat, third of all, when he was fixing it he broke my front camera and sensor, so when I got my phone back it didn't work. I requested my original screen back from him along with a refund. I got my original cracked screen back but 13 DAYS LATER, I still have yet to get a refund. Not to mention this guy is the definition of fake. When he gave me back my original screen he kept trying to sell me with this "other" screen that he had that he promised was original. Also, you can just tell when you meet him that he's way over the top and not genuine at all. Now I had to take it to apple and pay 170.00 for a new screen and $50 for the parts this guy lost/broke. This iphone experience ended up costing me $350, all because this guy lied about his service, broke parts on my phone and now has not given me a REFUND AFTER PROMISING he would! Moral of the story, go to the apple store if you want an original apple screen and fast RELIABLE service. Go to him if you want a half-ass fix with things broken and missing. AVOID! read more

iMobile repair saved the day! I woke up and went to grab my iPhone 7 plus off of my night stand and it fell face down and the cracked spider web of death made its awful appearance. I was leaving town the next day so I wanted my phone fixed immediately. I sent out some quote requests through Yelp and Miles with iMobile came back with the best price. Miles was very communicative and was able to meet me in between my classes on campus at ASU. He explained the whole process and fixed my phone within 30 minutes. He even switched out my SIM card to one of his phones and gave it to me so he could call me when my phone was finished being repaired. I saw this business on Yelp and wanted to try it out to fix my iPhone due to their great reviews. Unfortunately, I didn't get the chance to so I can't review their repair service. However, I can rate their professionalism and customer service. I find it very unprofessional and frustrating for someone to schedule an appointment for 11 AM the next day and not even call to cancel or let me know what's going on. My wife was told by Miles he would call at 10 AM to confirm our location. 10 AM comes around. No call. My wife left him a voice mail with our address. We waited until 11 AM thinking he might just show up anyway, but he was nowhere to be found. A simple call letting us know that he wasn't going to be able to make it would have sufficed, but we got nothing. Since we were quoted $60 for a mobile repair at our apartment we were definitely interested because the price was right and we didn't have to go anywhere. However, due to our frustration with contacting Miles we decided to take our business elsewhere even though it was $10 more. Maybe next time I have a problem I'll give them a call, but this left a bad impression to my wife and me. read more

I gave him recommendations to my friends and co workers to use him as he usually, for the most part, kept is appointments and came to the location you wanted. Then he was suppose to fix my cousins phone who came up from Tucson, not only did he flake on the appointment, he never responded to my calls or texts until days later..... He then promised me a free phone fix which was great because I dropped my phone recently. When I came to take him up on his offer and even to pay $30-$40, he not only ignored my texts and voice mail, but hung up on me as well. I unfortunately have NOTHING good to say about iMobile Repair/Miles and honestly, I hate to be "one of those people" but after multiple attempts to resolve this issue, I feel others need to be aware how Miles deals with his faulty products/warranty and a dissatisfied customer. I broke the glass on my iphone, he replaced the glass and put on a protector which I was grateful for; though, the protector had two huge bubbles. When asked about the bubbles, he admitted "I am terrible at putting those on but I'll give you a new protector and you can put it on." Then, I noticed my home button worked but my fingerprint touch did not. Miles stated "its a software issue."...keep in mind, it worked fine before the glass was replaced. He stated, "let me replace the glass again..it could be the part; I get defective parts about 2 out of every 10 that I receive." He replaced the glass again and the fingerprint touch still did not work. I took my phone to the Apple store and the warranty was void because I used a third party vendor to replace the glass. After Apple replaced the glass, the fingerprint touch worked perfectly. I text and left a voice message for Miles informing that the fingerprint touch issue was due to HIS product not a "software issue" and requested a full refund. He has not responded to texts or calls nor has he attempted to resolve this issue. Unfortunately, I paid him in cash and therefore, have no recourse. read more

Miles puts on a good show when it comes to customer service, but there is absolutely NO QUALITY in his service. He uses cheap non-OEM Apple parts to save money on his end which ultimately caused my phone to stop working. The screen completely failed after a couple months. Every two minutes my phone screen would turn an opaque bluish color and then slowly fade away back to normal quality (this is a sign of cheap parts which was explained to me by another repair service who uses OEM parts). NOT TO MENTION HE CHARGES $130 DOLLARS FOR THE REPAIR. Just so you all know there is a place called theapplexchange at Southern and Mclintock who does the repair for $100 dollars AND uses OEM parts. save yourself from the bullshit con artist and drive to a shop that does it right. Oh btw Miles didn't even put my phone back together correctly (I was told this when I got it repaired at theapplexchange). My phone was rigged to crack the next time I dropped it; the screen was not seeded in correctly. I know a con artist when I see one. STAY AWAY PEOPLE. read more

I don't even know where to start. Is the continence great for a freshman student at ASU with no car? Yes of course. But definitely not for a freshman girl. The first time Miles fixed my phone was a couple months ago, which worked fine but it ended with him asking me, a 19 year old girl, on a date and making comments about my figure. My phone broke again simply by dropping it 3 feet a couple days later, and I had to resort to calling him again and having him fix it, which ended the same exact way even after me mentioning multiple times that I was not interested in that and I had a boyfriend, he had to come back two separate times the same day because my phone was still not working right because he failed to fix it. I then dropped my phone in water for two seconds the next day and it completely broke, which should not happen with the iPhone I have. I brought a friend this time because I was uncomfortable, and he proceeded to make comments to us both. Another one of my close friends had the same problem, him ASKING HER TO GET IN HIS CAR, making derogatory remarks, and her phone not working still.
