To start, the person who showed up to detail the car appeared to be a teenager. While I have nothing against younger workers, it didn't inspire confidence for a service positioned as high-end and premium. The attention to detail just wasn't there. Several spots were missed, and the windshield and windows had visible towel marks that were evident in the sunlight. The tires also lacked the deep clean you'd expect from a professional detailing. After submitting feedback, I received a response essentially saying the service shouldn't be compared to places like Splashes. That may be true in terms of business model, but when you're charging 3x more than a traditional car wash, the results should at the very least meet, if not exceed, what you'd get at a lower-cost alternative. I wanted to love this service for the convenience and promise of quality, but I didn't get the outcome I paid for. Hopefully, this was just an off day -- but for the price point, consistency and quality should be a given.

my sister made an appointment through yvonne for interior/exterior cleaning for her 2025 honda…read moreaccord and was quoted $240 but was actually charged $199 instead because there wasn't too much dog fur! sheldon came by around 8 am and finished around 10:15 am, he did an AMAZING job! he really took his time in making sure everything was spotless, inside and out. it looked so good, i immediately made an appointment for my own car (2016 mercedes benz) and yvonne was able to fit me in at 1 pm same day! my car has never had interior detailing done before and it was awful with about 8 years worth of dog fur (regular vacuuming just doesn't get all of it 100%) and the exterior hadn't been washed in over 6 months. obviously, my car was a lot more work and took a bit longer (about 3-3.5 hrs vs 2~ hrs) but looked just as amazing after! i was more than happy to pay the extra $$ (total was $240) to get rid of all the dog fur. interior work involved: shampoo/steaming carpets, leather care, vacuuming, long lasting fresh scent, and wipe down of surfaces/cuoholders/screens/windows etc exterior work involved: power wash/rinse outside, wheels, trims, tire rims/ tire shine, and a shiny coating to protect the car and keep it looking nice for longer! sheldon did a fantastic job and i've already booked for my mom and my brother to get their cars done too! they offer an exterior maintenance job for abt $80/car (which still covers general interior cleaning with wipe downs and carpet steaming!) again, thank you so much sheldon and yvonne!! this is a small family owned business and you can tell that they really care for and love doing their work :)

Our Subaru gets majorly dirty with fine dust from all the dirt roads going down to the rivers and sand from the beaches. On top of the dust/dirt/sand we also bring our long hair Berman cat. You can imagine dust/dirt/sand and hair by the end of the summer the car is a total mess. We were due for a new car seat, so we scheduled with Diego in between taking out the old one and installing the new one. When I took out that car seat, I was in disbelief at how many snacks and how much debris could be in one car. Disgusting. But Diego took his time and did a meticulous job, and by the time he left, it seriously felt like a new car again. It even had that new car smell again! The paint job and entire outside were also pristine, of course. As luck would have it, it started to drizzle just a few days later, but whatever he did to the paint job just made the water slide right off, and the car still looks amazing almost a month later. I cannot recommend Spot On enough! We are very excited to make a treatment for our car an annual thing now, and our days of driving around with a dirty vehicle are behind us. He will 100% get our business again! Oh, and I got lots of quotes from other places. One place wanted almost twice as much for a detail that was oriented to parents of toddlers!
