Hey all, we live in Albany and TJ been doing great work for families on our block. My first time ever getting such a great service. On our block we exchange recommendations and he has provided for same families over and over for maintenance of their cars. We are an older couple and have one car dedicated to transport the grandest of grandsons. We have crumbs, throw up, mud, my long hair, and filthy windows. TJ ANSWERED, after two rings. I'm a busy mom with multiple kids and fur babies and when I tell you my car was DIRTY, it's an understatement. My dog had hair EVERYWHERE and every time I tried to vacuum it I could never get the hair out. It's a lot of work to detail my 2017 Nissan Altima and I've done it before, but I'm no professional. So I decided to use a mobile detailing service for the first time. When I initially reached out around 10:30 a.m I got a quick response with the first available appointment being 8 am the next day. I asked if there was nothing sooner and he immediately got back to me with an appointment at 11:30 am same day! That alone will bring me back again. When the gentlemen arrived he got straight to work. He spent three (I'm sure gruesome) hours detailing the interior of my car, shampooing the carpets and all and then it was time for me to go get my daughter. He worked with me to come back later the same day to work on the exterior and even had me check the interior before he left. He was receptive to the couple of spots I wanted touched up and fixed them like a professional should. When he came back to do the exterior the sun was setting and we were losing daylight. He finished up and made it very clear to my husband that if I needed any touch ups to let him know and he would be back the next day! There were a couple of window spots that were hard to see without the daylight and I let him know and he came back the next day and polished the imperfections without hesitation. From responsiveness, receptiveness, punctuality, QUALITY of the work itself, and just overall insuring I had a good experience, I would HIGHLY recommend Bay Area Finest Auto Spa to everyone. As a mom of 4 , my car is rarely clean. A couple days ago I went to move a car seat and realized just how gross my car actually was . I messaged a few businesses here on Yelp to get some quotes . I had my car detailed by TJ, of Bay Area Finest Auto Spa the other day. He put a substantial effort into his work, putting in a significant amount of time to ensure the work was done right (and because we have pine trees and no garage, there was a lot to do). When I pointed out there were a few small problem areas that he missed when doing the clay bar, he didn't give me attitude at all - just jumped right to it and fixed it. (Thanks, TJ.) Found this place through Yelp & I'm so glad I chose this place. First off TJ has the best customer service skills he's quick at responding, answering any question you have, and is super nice. I compared prices to different places and this was very competitive. I didn't have access to electricity or water outside my place for a mobile wash so he was very accommodating and offered many solutions. Also, surprisingly not a lot of car wash/detailing places offer paint sealants but this place does! It was an additional $25 which really isn't bad. My car came out looking new and shiny. read more

These cats are good. Can't remember his name but the tall Indian guy that did the work did a great job, was on time, didn't rush the job, and just a had a friendly vibe. We had a great experience. They came and got right to work, spent 3 1/2 hours cleaning our Ford Explorer and I felt their price was more than reasonable. I have 2 kids and a dog so it was no easy task! We will definitely be using them again in the future. Tej was very responsive and was able to schedule a last minute appointment for the next day. He arrived to our house 15 minutes early and started on my husband's Tundra truck promptly. The truck has been through a Jack Russell (short hair) and 2 toddlers so it definitely needed the deep vacuum clean. He quoted me a good price for a full exterior/interior detail. On the day of the appointment he msg'd me prior to arrival. He spent several hours getting my used Mazda CX5 looking even better than when we purchased it from the dealership. The car has a deep gloss to it. These guys were amazing!! I work as a home health nurse and use my car as my office and lunch spot, so it gets dirty! I also have 2 kids who are just naturally grimy. :) these guys did a total interior clean with a vaccum of the seats and what a difference!! My car really needed interior cleaning, and they really delivered. They came to my house and were able to clean the inside of my car, and the result was amazing! I inquired a quote from them and they were reasonably priced. The appointment setup was quick. It was done through text so it was a great way to effectively communicate. The day of my appointment I was updated throughout the morning about the arrival which was nice. They arrived at my house in the time frame they gave me. I unfortunately can't remember the name of the young man that greeted me but he had a very pleasant demeanor. They got right to work. When they finished I didn't fully inspect the job but it was a huge upgrade from before. They were so courteous and really did a great job. I am only taking a star because once I was inside the car later that day I noticed they missed some areas that could of been easily wiped, essentially not as detailed as I would expect but nothing major. Personally, the little things matter as much as the big to me as a client and I hope it is received as constructive criticism to just be a little more aware :) .
