We were given different routes we could go with the repair, including the option I was quoted on the phone. Turnaround took a little longer than quoted, as the part ended up being on back order. But I was called as soon as it was ready. Tablet has worked just fine ever since. I felt their pricing was fair and service was good. (I have had a cell phone screen repaired years prior at another establishment and the experience was AWFUL! So it was nice to go somewhere that produced an entirely different experience)
