Follow-up communication was slow, and the response I received lacked professionalism and accountability. No effort was made to resolve the situation; instead, responsibility was shifted entirely to the patient.

Jin and Jason, in particular, have been very effective, helpful, and great to work with. They make the sessions productive while also keeping the environment comfortable and enjoyable. Here comes Dr. Yoshimoto, who literally decreased my mom's knee pain by 90% after 1 visit. Yes, you heard that right - 90%!!! He was extremely patient, kind, and really broke it down in terms of pinpointing what exactly was going on, what treatment was needed, and what exercises to do at home. He was so shocked and was left speechless that my mom was dealing with inept individuals all this time - clowns, I tell you! Unbelievable. You can tell that Dr. Yoshimoto genuinely cares for each of his patients. He's not the typical physical therapist who gives you some stretches to do, hooks you up to a muscle stimulating machine, and/or gives you a head pad and calls it a day. Lea helped me with my appointments and with my insurance, Gary directed me to how to perform the ways to recovery, jaisen and collin pushed and guided me to get as far as I could get back to normal. Alot of us wanted to give up and say screw it but they pushed all of us to the limit. They treated us like we were family and that was special.
