I love this class as the teachers motivate you in a positive way and it's great because they have accountability to keep you motivated in attending class and being interactive with your health goals. I started to feel a big difference within the first two weeks of attending and the classes run Monday, Wednesday & Friday. I had more energy. I could feel more muscle mass and even though the class is only half an hour you get an intense work workout not only cardio but muscle building. Before I started, I was in the worst shape of my life, always getting sick and feeling fatigue most of the time . After being there for about a month, I can say I have a new outlook on life and truly appreciate what they have done for me.

I signed up for Tony's semi-private sessions which seem like private sessions (his sessions are at Kaka'ako Fitness which is shared with other trainers and patrons of the fitness center). For my first session, Tony definitely took it easy on me. He took me through the stretching routine that I did at the beginning of each session. The link to routine is sent to your email with a helpful youtube clip of the stretches. Also during this first session, Tony inquired about my goals and what I wanted to work on during my training session. During my sessions that followed, Tony helped me become stronger physically and mentally throughout the short time he trained me. Tony guided me through exercises that were familiar as well as new ones. I requested that he incorporated kettle bell exercises and he followed through with that request. I enjoyed my sessions with Tony and I would definitely come back when I am back in town. You could try talking yourself out of a rep, but Tony is great at what he does and is able to coach you through your limiting beliefs and assist you through your transformation process. Core Sports Honolulu is by far the best physical therapy rehabilitation center. The staff is beyond amazing and there is always a comfortableness that I feel when talking amongst them. They adjust your exercise regimem in case you're not feeling at your best. Shaun and Sean are both great physical therapists and very knowledgeable in their profession. They push you to do your best and are always able to answer any questions you may have. The other staff members are fantastic as well and very kind. I appreciate my time spent here with them and I always felt welcome. I am fully satisfied with the work that I've done here and feel 10x better then I was before coming to Core Sports Honolulu. I recently visited the Kapiolani location and had an outstanding experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making me feel right at home. I've had appointments with all of their therapists at this location, and I can confidently say that they are all very, very good. Each one is knowledgeable and exceptionally talented, effectively addressing my back issues. They provided me with new exercises that truly helped strengthen my condition. The facility is well-organized, with an excellent appointment system, and the location is convenient with ample free parking. I hurt my back few days ago lifting a heavy object. Desperate for deep tissue or sports massage , I was recommended by a friend who is regular here and u wasn't disappointed. The medical gym at OrthoSport was also greatly recommended to me. I did my free personal consultation in mid-February and have been a regular ever since! Mike Hegazy and Nico started me on my well-being journey. I've also worked out with Thomas and Carly. ALL OF THE TRAINERS THERE ARE AMAZING! So far I've lost 15 pounds in 3 months. Through a workers compensation treatment for my ankle I was sent to OrthoSport Hawaii in Kaka'ako which is located right inside of Queen's Island Urgent Care so parking would be in SALT which is free for the first hour but with validation it's just an additional dollar for the next hour. My therapist was Alicia and I just loved her vibe very calm ad caring as she begins to figure out my issues other than the obvious as our therapy sessions went a couple times a week she gave me ways to not just strengthen at home but what's the proper way to do so as I've been compensating other areas because of my issues. Scheduling is easy and they send you reminder of your sessions which is great but working things out along with suggestions of support and techniques she's given me is great and do suggest take that care as it keeps me recover one step at a time. My first appointment with Honolulu Pain Relief was made because of some pain in my neck that started bothering me right after I got sandwiched between 2 other vehicles while waiting at a stoplight. I never saw the rear driver coming and I was already at a standstill when I go hit so I most likely suffered from some bad whiplash after the event. My vehicle was totaled but I luckily got out of the accident alive with just some neck pain that was causing me really bad headaches. This happened back in 2017. They were able to get me in the next day and the driver that hit me had insurance which covered all the expenses. That initial appointment went really well. Dr. Smith greeted me and went over all the procedures that he wanted to do. I was given an assessment, my XRAY was taken, I got a chiropractor adjustment, STIMs therapy session, was given a home-use STIMs machine and got a massage all within that first week. Right after my first chiropractor session, the headaches went away and I felt like new but I still had some back pain so he had me schedule a chiropractor session every 2 weeks for a couple months. I loved all my appointments with him and his team. Even after the other driver's insurance no longer covered my appointments, I used my insurance with HMSA to keep coming back regularly since I got about 6 free chiropractic sessions per year. Although his location is in town and I live further away, I still made the effort to come visit while my insurance covered. His services and the way he treats his clients is sooo worth it! I love my chiro adjustments with Dr. Smith and always ask for him although there are other Chiro doctors in his office. He cracks my back like no other chiro has done. He perfected his technique and I always look forward to feeling my spine crack from one end to the other. I get so much relief right after especially because I also lift really heavy at the gym. Overtime, Dr. Smith improved his office space with more upgraded equipment and more beneficial therapy services. Besides everything I listed earlier, he equipped his office with multiple massage chairs, a wave therapy table that stretches out your back really well, more rooms and tables for privacy while receiving STIMs therapy, a stretch therapist to work with you before or after your chiro session and improved STIMS Laser equipment. My last appointment with him was back in November 2025 and I still received the same caring and thoughtful services he's always provided. I always recommend Honolulu Pain Relief when ever anyone asks me for suggestions for a chiropractor. He's my #1 pain relief doctor. I've gone to him for soo many years, he's practically like family. I have spoken with another patient who was there at the same time and she said that he was the only one she trusted and that she would fly over from another island to get a treatment from Dr. Jimmy. On my first visit, they went over my personal goals and did an assessment. The goals were necessary for me to visualize because it is the end goal in order for me to get better. I needed to heal completely and not have a temporary fix on my injury. On days where I would feel less pain, my heart wanted to jump back into doing the intense workouts next door. However, through their system, I was reminded that I must completely heal before I re-injure myself. I finished their program and also learned a lot of things about my physical limitations and health and ways to improve. I am able to walk and squat now with no pain in my left knee. I highly recommend coming to see the guys at The Forge for all your physical therapy needs, even the minor injuries..... it's always better to take care of the injury when it's small. My scar has flattened some, and my skin is glowing! I used to have poking/needle like pain on my scar also when I touched it but that has completely disappeared for some reason. I also feel the tone of my skin evened out and my skin just looks healthier and more youthful. Although the session was a bit uncomfortable, recovery was so fast and I didn't have any discomfort afterwards. I opted for red light therapy afterwards to further the effects. My face was a little bit red for maybe 14 hrs but I wasn't uncomfortable walking into a store afterwards..
