Mother in law foolishly purchased 4 vehicles here. Dodge Journey, Hyundai Santa Fe, Jeep Renegade,…read moreJeep Grand Cherokee. Each one with issues. Journey had a code for P0420. Unfortunately she was involved in an accident and the journey was totaled. The Renegade had stalled, windshield squirters dont work and brakes down to the nub. Jeep Cherokee has blown shocks and struts with other issues with suspension. My daughter's santa fe which im pissed about has overspray which indicates an accident and multiple suspension issues. I am a mechanic in the family and my mother in law got real close to Gilbert foolishly and he took advantage of her. Gilbert my mother in law had a medical condition which needed medical attention and you pretty much took advantage of her. I would understand if the vehicles you sold were road-ready vehicles but these are not road ready. Actually dangerous since the Renegade stalled. I suggest you call her and reference my name to get the vehicles repaired. I suggest anyone considering purchasing from this dealer get a pre-purchase inspection at a reputable auto shop. I dont know how this place has good reviews. This is a real review. Most other reviews are from people that have never reviewed another business but this one. Just because they can approve you at 20% interest doesnt mean you should do it. These are auction vehicles. Cheap tires and an oil change and its ready for sale. Edit: the Renegade is the worst vehicle out of the bunch. You guys zip tied the PCM connector instead of actually fixing it Gilbert? Wow. I took a picture of it. Ill find a way to upload the Pic so everyone can see. I think its time for a complaint to BAR. Lets talk about a buyback for this one bud. This vehicle should not have been put up for sale. Another edit: so when the vehicle stalled it was taken back to TAS. They discovered the issue but the fix was a couple zip ties. Mind you that the vehicle stalled. There was no power steering and no power brakes. It caused a dangerous situation. Knowingly repairing the vehicle with zip ties is an illegal act of misrepresentation. Im guessing with the information and actual proof its time to call BAR and file a complaint with DMV

I was assisted by a Gentleman named Jay as soon as I arrived. This was my First time here after buying the truck a couple months ago. I felt welcomed, Jay was a pleasure! TERRIBLE. My mom went in for a recall on her Jeep today but decided to get her car serviced as…read morewell. She was charged nearly $700 for the service and noticed that her dashboard was damaged when she got her car back. It did not look like this when we dropped off the car at the dealership this morning. Tried to talk to service member Jay Parikh about the situation. He claimed that the service team could not have done the damage but agreed to have their detailed take a look. Detailed claimed it looked like the dashboard had been damaged for a while. Fortunately my mom had refinanced her car recently and has a picture of the dashboard before this happened. Asked to talk to their manager and he was super dismissive. He tried to claim that my mom knew about the damage because she had lens cleaner spray in her car and "no one has lens cleaner spray in their car unless they're already trying to clean something", mind you our entire family wears glasses and that is why she carries it in the first place. Best solution the manager could come up with was to try to clean it "as best as they could". We noticed that the service team did not write anything about existing damage to the dashboard in their work order. Also, the service provided included checking the tire pressure and we noticed that the tire pressure significantly increased after they took the car to the back to attempt to clean the dashboard and we found that to be a bit sketchy. The service also included a change to the filter engine and was charged for it but when we checked it it was dirty. Overall we are extremely disappointed with this establishment. My mom decided to take her car to them because she bought it there and believed that they would provide the best care for it. She is extremely upset and regrets taking her car in today.
