Canopys are not 10*10, they used to be but this company chose shrinkflation and profit. New canopy's are 8*8 but advertised as 10*10. I order a replacement for top for my old one (which was confirmed with them to be correct). Got it and it didn't fit, they said none they have will then. Sent it back for a refund, they said it was "damaged" from the simple act of me putting it on, seeing it was too small, and taking it off. Now I've paid $180 because of all the shipping for a top that doesn't fit. Never buying from this company again. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. If you have any warranty issues, you WILL BE IGNORED. We have an Expo Dome, which was not cheap. We wanted a new top for the Dome. We contacted Impact and they said no problem, they can make a new Dome. The never asked any other questions. Ordered the new Dome, and when we received the new Dome we found out they changed the size of the zippers so the old sides do not fit the new Dome. After more emails than I can count, we bit the bullet and decided to order new sides to fit the new Dome. Got the new sides and they have different sized zippers than the Dome and do not fit the new Dome. Again after many emails they said send send videos. We sent them, more emails with the videos. Final they said send sides back, sent them back two months ago. Still no answer on a resolution. As I said in the beginning DO NOT but anything from this company. read more

I had an Impact Canopy for 10 years before it was stolen with my event trailer. It was heavily used and lasted very well. My only issue with this canopy over the years was getting any parts. It's made with specialty bolts. a couple worked loose and I lost them. When I tried ordering more it was like $80.00 plus shipping. I recently replaced my canopy with another brand (E Z) and noticed the difference in weight immediately. After our first event one slightly windy day I saw where the new one bent and crinkled one of the x brace arms . I kinda wish now I went with Impact this time also. read more

Absolutely horrible to work with. Our account manager Aaron said he processed our order and didn't so we didn't receive our assets on-time for a large scale event. I reached out to both him and his support rep. several times - calls and emails, and received no reply. I had to get help from someone who worked in the main office to get the order placed. When the order arrived it was missing parts we paid for and some parts were damaged. The order was placed back in September - I've had several emails and calls into both the supervisor Tricia and even reached out to the owner Mike, and we still haven't received replacements. Tricia promised she would take care of it several times. Long story short, their products are nice, but their service is horrible and it's a real pain to order through them. If i could give this company 0 stars or negative stars, then i would. They are so good at reeling you in and pretending they can and will complete your order before a specific date... as soon as you give them your credit card info, EVERYTHING changes. They stop responding to emails, they wont return ur calls. Your product is late, ships to wrong address and no one cares to help!!!!!!!!!! I worked with Don Perling and he was an absolute nightmare of a con-artist. So so nice and upfront till i gave him the payment info. I would send multiple emails and he would not respond AT ALL. I would call the office and he was there but wasnt accepting calls. These people are disgusting and treat you as if they are doing you a favor or making you FREE custom tents! I placed a rush order for custom tents and side walls for a show our company was having. I made it clear on the order form and in all of my emails that the tents are to be shipped to my hotel in LAS VEGAS. 2 days before the show, i received the tents at our warehouse on the other side of the country!!!!!!! I had to overnight it to my hotel on a Friday which was super expensive and they did not care one bit or do anything about it!!!!!!! Not only that, but they ship every single piece separately instead of shipping all together at once and they charge your credit card huge shipping charges for each shipment that you never agreed to. They are insane!!! To top it all off, our "commercial grade" steel tent broke within 5 mins of being out of the packaging. And they wouldnt do anything for us!!! These people are scammers and just want your money. They have shitty customer service and they do not care about anything once they have your credit card info!! Best canopy iver owned. I have had two-10'x10' ML models for the past 10 years. The ML Model is the larger, nore heavy duty hexagonal legs. Through normal use, I needed a replacement cover and roller bag for one of them. When my replacement arrived there was a small part of the stitching that came undone and Andrea from Impact Canopies was super helpful when I contacted her about it. I emailed them for a quote on a custom printed canopy along with ez up acs. they were quick and on top of things and I really needed it done asap for a show in 2 weeks. wanted to check some reviews and found all these bad reviews on yelp which made me hesitant but when ez up and acs were lagging on getting back to me and time was ticking I just went for it. They got it to me in in a week (I paid a 25$ rush fee which is understandable). Quality was awesome on the printing and one plus I found about their canopy frame was that I could get it in black which is more on brand and didnt see that option elsewhere. Only thing I didnt like was the roller bag is black and purple, wish it was all black. But non the less it was great working with them and am happy to finally have a branded canopy. read more

caps for my vision i am legally blind. i ordered a beige tarp website said in stock. the next morning andrea from impact calls and leaves me a voicemail "we do not have beige can we send you white", my return calls and emails were ignored for 3 days. this was 6/22/22. 5 days later i recieved a full kit of 73 lbs (i injured and bruised my face arms legs and more trying to get 8ft box in my home out of thefts reach) with cheap 170gpe sewn 10x20 tarp, not the 180gpe heat sealed 10x20 i ordered, being honest to a fault i call impact and i now see they acted like it was a mistake yet it was impact falsely advertising and they do not have tarp i ordered. owner calls me and leaves a vm saying "is she mex?, is she spanish" and hangs up on my vm. after many emails and many calls of andrea and owner bulling me, owner intentionally brings an 11x20 tarp, although i ordered a 10x20. today is 7/7/22 and i still have not recieved my paid order and per emails owner says he will not send my paid order to me because it will not fit my frame, which is 10x20 and none of his business. i have all call logs, vm, and emails for proof. i am seeking legal counsel and will sue for harrasment, mental and physical damages read more

This place has the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Went to place an order and get some renderings and the sales rep just didn't respond back. I have emails that were sent with zero response. The reviews that are listed on yelp are spot on along with the other negative reviews online. I wish I had read reviews before ordering from this company. I agree the customer service is horrible. The rep we worked with actually has a VM that says "I don't check VM!" Anyway, our order was delivered 2 weeks past the agreed upon delivery date which was indicated on the order. I ordered $10,000 worth of product which came after the date of our biggest event. Because we didn't have the canopies, we had to rent pop ups from a local company. I inquired about reimbursement and some sort of discount because of their lack of follow up. After months and months of attempts to email the customer service rep with no response, I finally found the contact info for the CEO on LinkedIn. He did not take responsibility, and instead blamed it on the shipping company, even though impact shipped the products AFTER the date I needed them in hand! He offered $475, which doesn't even cover the cost of the rental, let alone reimburse for the severe lack of follow up and customer service. I would never order from this company again. I'm so disappointed that I chose to spend money from my non profit on a company such as this. It has now been 8 months, and this issue still is not resolved. Beware! read more

I had a great experience start to finish. Easy to order. Quick and detailed responses. I always knew what to expect. We had to rush the order and they did it no problem. We did have to pay a rush fee, but it was worth it to get our product in time. I worked with Tim and Fernando. They were both very courteous and attentive. I had to pick up the order at their location so we could get it in time for our event. Walking in, I got greeted by so many friendly people. A couple different people checked on me. They helped me load up as well. I was here for about 20 minutes waiting for my order, so plan accordingly. A ton of people in our industry use these guys, so we knew the product was good. Let me tell you a story. I'm a media designer in Indianapolis. I have a client here that has an expo to attend in Florida and wanted a tent, some signs, and some flags. We had used Impact Canopies a couple years ago and only just barely managed to get everything done in time, but we were all on a compressed timeline. Fast forward to today and my clients wanted some more for new items and to match the existing items they received. So two months ago I try to get a quote on items. That never comes. I tried to get the templates for the artwork. I finally got that and sent it back in short order. A month and a half goes by. Then we're approaching two months. The expo is a week away and I only just now get a response, after countless emails and phone calls begging for information: "We're working at 50% capacity and our other printer is really hot." After thinking they should just blow on it to cool it down, I'm beyond angry and am now scrambling to get a rush order done elsewhere. Which, to add insult, I was told from Impact "We're giving you a deep discount on the rush order". This, of course, a day before they told me they can't do it at all. It's not like I showed up and said "Boo!" at the last minute. Rush order my foot -- these people couldn't print a Word document. read more

Avoid this company if you value people who will be honest and upfront. Our ATM placement company has worked with Impact in the past to get some custom canopy tops made that sport our logo and alert people to the presence of an ATM at a store or large event. One of our executives recently noticed our last set of canopies had become faded from the sun in addition to normal wear and tear, so he took it upon himself to throw them out. Now without canopies, we returned to Impact to get them replaced before our large upcoming event. The original order was placed on 04/12/16, and a completion date of 04/26/16 was promised (which was just days from the event). On 04/14/16, they came back to us to say that they no longer had our art work from our previous orders and needed us to send them a new art file. The art file was provided to them the same day of 04/14/16, and the new promise date of completion was set to 04/27/16 (a day before the event). The morning of the 27th we called to confirm they were ready for pickup and were told by our sales person, Kate Larrabee, that they were completed and with QC for a final pass through. We were informed they would be ready after 4:00 pm to be picked up at the Corona location. At 3:30 pm on the 27th, we received an email saying our order had been delayed until 05/03/16 (AFTER the big event we needed the canopies for), due to art files needed to be approved. We called to get answers and were told that they made a system change that pushed our order back by 4 days but somehow showed up as completed in their system, so not only are they contradicting what they had just emailed us, they did it with some BS story. To add insult to injury they actually had the gall to ask for our credit card information so they could rent us some generic yellow canopy tops! We emailed our sales person to let her know how angry we were and asked for a discount on the product, since it was not completed when promised, and we have not heard back from her since. In short these people will promise you one date only to screw you over and lie about why they did it, then expect you to pay them more. Avoid them like the plague! Never again will we go with this company! read more

I had to drive 37+ miles to exchange my canopy because they send me the wrong canopy, twice!!!. I would have called but I read the reviews (phone calls and email don't get attention) it only goes round and round, so I decided to do the drive instead. I spoke directly with management explained my frustration with the errors of my orders, she listened apologize and replaced my order on the spot. Worst customer service ever! They totally screwed up my order and shipped it late so I had no recourse but to go to my event with a Frankenstein tent. There is only one person who can help me and she is always at lunch or she leaves for the day at 3:00pm. This has been going on for a week. I received the team canopy from a previous manager in a damaged condition. The canopy looked brand new but neglected. I took it apart and cleaned it up to get an idea of what was damaged. I researched the parts and inquired if I was able to go down to the warehouse and pick up parts. Rusty emailed back and said bring it down and we'll repair it. The day I was available he was extremely busy and asked if I could bring a different day. I asked if someone could help my wife get it out of her car she could come the next day. Rusty quickly replied no problem. Sure enough, she took the canopy down, he met her at the car, pulled out the canopy and repaired it quickly and thoroughly on the spot. He even reattached the cover the frame and placed back in the bag and back into her car. Thank you Rusty and Impact Canopy!
