I had a porcelain crown done and the entire experience was outstanding. From the moment I arrived, everything ran smoothly. I only waited about five minutes in the lobby and another five minutes in the room before Dr. V came in to start the procedure. Dr. V was highly skilled and attentive, ensuring the crown was adjusted perfectly for a comfortable fit. He didn't rush and took the time to make sure it felt natural and secure. His precision and care truly stood out. I had left a bad review because I was upset about an unexpected power outage the office had no control over. Honestly though, I came to this office because my previous dentist kept overlooking the fact that I had tooth pain. A year after the tooth pain and multiple visits I needed a root canal, I went to get another opinion. Dr.V said I didn't need those root canals. He saved my tooth and placed the crown. Came to update my experience since I saw a Yesenia left a bad review for something completely out of the office's hands. I understand the frustration of not being called to make patients aware they had no power/electricity but how can they call if they have NO POWER? Like they can't look up patient information without power to their computers lol. I have a temporary cap and am needing a permanent crown replacement as well but my temporary is perfectly in place and I've had it in for almost 4 weeks now with no problems. I get my permanent this upcoming week and am really happy with the quality of this temporary cap/crown. Cant wait for my permanent one. Be warned that they DO NOT have a LICENSED dental hygienist therefore you are ONLY going to get your teeth polished for a teeth cleaning. No floss. No charting. No scraping (unless you are referred which will be another dental appointment) please save your money and go elsewhere. I would never recommend anyone come here. Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! Staff is super unprofessional. First time here and I will NOT be coming back. Office is overbooked and you are forced to wait 30+ minutes. I went to go ask the ladies upfront why it was taking so long for me to be seen and her response was "well you've only been here 20 minutes" I expressed how I drove 45 minutes to get here and how I had to leave work early and she responded "well I live far away too and have to drive to work" I said "that's not the point, it's my first time here and I was just wondering why I haven't been called yet" she then proceeded to tell me that it's because it's a "private office" I informed her that I have been in a private office before and they were always on time. The ladies upfront then proceeded to tell me that if I wasn't happy I can just go elsewhere and they could reschedule me but I won't be seen for another two months. I told her that they should be informing other clients that the wait time is so long and it's not fair to overbook and force people to wait well pass their scheduled time. She said "if we told people that then they would schedule elsewhere. You're still going to be seen today, we just don't know when" yeah.. I wonder why people would schedule elsewhere. I have never been to an establishment where the office staff referred me away. My appointment is at 3:30pm and it's currently 4:02pm. Extremely inconsiderate of people's time. Staff could care less about seeing clients and do the bare minimum. No compassion or empathy just robotic. read more

After my last visit, I debated giving them another chance. Sat around for 30 minutes before being called to the back. Sat there for about 45 minutes for the 20 X-ray pictures they took and for the routine cleaning. After the cleaning, sat around for 15 minutes before being moved to another room. After getting to that room, doctor comes in 10 minutes later to tell me it'll be another 10 minutes. That actually turned in to 20. After all that waiting, I was told to reschedule for some fillings. That appointment was for 3:30pm today. Sat in the waiting room until 4:15 when I decided to leave and just switch to another dentist. This dentist is obviously too busy and is over scheduled. Been going here for a year and the running behind schedule gradually gets longer each time. The dentist seems to give priority to certain patients of his. Does not care about your time. Sure there is some waiting but that is to be expected. I recently had crowns done on my two front teeth. (that's all I wanted for Christmas-Not!).
