Chocolate Protein Pudding - tried it before I took a pic, haha.

I do find this place pricey, but I really like their $5.99 Chocolate Protein Pudding! It has coconut milk, protein powder, cacao nibs, and 70% dark chocolate. The cacao nibs add the crunch and the pudding isn't too sweet. A nice pick-me-up! If you go during work hours, you'll find a lot of people here with laptops. Lively but still quiet enough to concentrate.

Beet lemonade tonic in the heart of the Saturday night Liberty Village vibe.

Is this just another bowl and smoothie spot? No. Here's what they do better: They do gluten free, paleo and vegan food with flavour and flair while keeping it simple. Beyond the usual smoothie and juice fare, you can get a full meal any time of day, or grab a handmade beverage and a healthy snack, like the almond protein brownie. I had the Zesty Mexican bowl for $14.99 which is a magical combo of veggie based crunches, snaps and drizzles. Other bowl spots don't make this magic. Also enjoyed the beet lemonade tonic for $6.99 which takes lemonade to new freshness. Good value for spend. Generous portions. And they got my substituted ingredient right. Dine inside (cute, clean and modern). Dine outside (big corner sidewalk patio) Pick up (well organized via their app) Or take out. Fas, friendly, accurate service at 7pm on a Saturday. Can't wait to come back for brunch!

We came here because of a lot of good reviews, but turned out to be a total disappointment. Came in Saturday night at 5, it is quite empty, inside they have very modern deco with high ceiling, relaxing atmosphere. Ordered : Warrior power bowl with steak:$15+$6.5 - 2/5 Spicy chicken sandwich: $21.99-2/5 Portion is very small, steak was very dry and hard, chicken was dry too, and it took 25min wait for the foods to come. Two items cost $50 with tax and tips . For this quality and portion, it is not worth the money. Will not be coming back..

New spot in Liberty Village to get your coffee and healthy snacks. Definitely, making an impact on the surrounding indie cafes partly because of its robust healthy menu, relaxing and clean atmosphere to park your computer and work. There's a lot of space here. I would have to return to try its food and sweet tooth offerings. It has a ton to choose from and there's definitely something bound to catch your eye . I just popped in for a flat white which was pretty good actually. They use pilot coffee which was a real nice surprise!

Impact is a gluten-free kitchen, so you should order with that in mind. Probably stay away from the burgers (where all the bad reviews come from), and order another healthier options instead. We came on a week day night to grab a healthy dinner. I chose the harvest power bowl, which had bacon, hard boiled egg, roasted brussels sprouts, apples, candied walnuts, and a bunch of greens. I particularly liked the pickled celery root and pickled red onions, that gave the salad another dimension of flavor. It was very filling, and lasted the whole night. Great balance of textures and I loved every bite. I would recommend if you're looking for a healthy option in an area full of bars and pubs.

Waited 35 mins for my eat in order of greens and steak. The bowl was decent but very small portions for a $26 bowl.. Overpriced, overhyped healthy food. Wouldn't go again.

Lots of gluten-free options and the smoothies are top-notch! It is an amazing place to work remotely, get a coffee or a broth subscription!

Tastes awesome, but for $35 i would love more than 4 slices of chicken and less than half the bowl filled with lettuce. What a rip off.

This place was just a couple of blocks from my hotel, so I stopped by after my morning workout to get an açaí bowl. The service here was friendly, but I wouldn't characterize it as prompt. There were other orders placed after mine that got completed first, which is fine- I understand a smoothie may be more straightforward than a bowl, but...read on to see where I'm going with this. When I got my bowl I was kind of disappointed that their idea of a bowl is actually a cup. Why? Okay, part of the allure of getting an acai bowl is having a bountiful display of fresh fruits, granola and other fixings. By serving it in a tall cup, it meant all the toppings were condensed in a more narrow opening at the top. But then, to take it a step further, I realized none of the toppings on the açaí bowl were fresh fruit. The toppings were shredded coconut, granola, almond butter and cacao nibs. All shelf-stable items that are fine, but kind of a coincidence that none of them are things that would take more time to prep. So essentially I got an açaí smoothie with stuff on top. I had wished I head read through the menu more throughly. When I saw they had açaí bowls, I thought it would include some fresh fruits- that's just been a feature of the hundreds of acai bowls I've consumed in my life, so I just assumed that was the case here. As for the açaí mixture itself, I wasn't over the moon for this either. I was getting too much of a lemon vibe, when I really wanted to have the mellow flavor of the açaí come through. Overall, the store is beautiful, the employees were friendly, but I just wasn't digging my açaí bowl in a cup. At $16.75 CAD seemed like kind of a steep price for a less than average bowl.

The menu consists of health bars, bowls, salads, toasts, wellness shots, coffee, tea, and smoothies. Note that the prices here are a bit higher compared to other smoothie shops. I tried the Ultimate Recovery Smoothie ($16.75) and loved it! Made with orangic blueberries, collagen, cashews, matcha, vegan protein powder, chia seeds, barmilk, dates, and sea salt. The ingredients were blended nicely, and it was flavourful, refreshing and filling, making it a perfect on-the-go snack. The staff was friendly and service was good. The Yorkville location has an airy but warm ambiance, with a good amount of seating. I'm giving 5 stars for the smoothie itself, but overall 4 stars for the experience because the case storing the health bars had a few flies in it, which was a bit off‑putting.
