We ordered a large olive oil based, cheese with pepperoni and pineapple. I know it sounds weird but it's our favorite. Each pizza is custom made to order so it took a few minutes to be served. But the advantage was it was piping hot straight to the table. Olive oil was slightly sweet and tangy. Cheese was fresh and tasty. Toppings were perfect. Crust was crispy brown on undercarriage with nice crunch. Edges were crispy on outside and fluffy on inside. Manager suggested their balsamic dressing to dip the crust in, so we gave it a try.
