As you can see in the top two photos my hair was damaged from dying it many times before, I used box dye during the COVID-19 quarantine leaving it in different shades of brown and a harsh line at the roots, and I also cut my hair myself making it uneven. The first time I met Sandra she made me feel comfortable and I trusted her with my hair because the way she spoke about hair showed me that she knew what she was doing, and she knew how to deal with different hair types. Sandra spent the day perfecting my hair and I was so happy and felt beautiful after we were done. Since then I've gotten compliments on my hair regularly, and my hair is a lot healthier than before. Very thorough and meticulous in applying the lashes. They came out beautiful. I went here today for a touch up and wished I'd had the same lady (Monica..I think) as the first time as this eyelash technician wasn't as meticulous but all-in-all the lashes still came out great. Just make sure you don't use water on your eye for at least 2-3 days. No oil-based mascara and try not to rub your eye or touch your eye/lashes too much as they WILL fall out.

I got my lashes done on Friday and by Sunday that eye that didn't get much love on Friday, lost half of it's long lashes. I was upset but since I worked all week, I couldn't go back till next Friday. I had told them that this eye has lost all it's lashes in comparison to my other eye. I told ANETA I don't want to see any orange or red tones in my hair and that she can keep my base dark with blonde highlights. "I only want to see ash tones" What did she do? She gave me orange roots (hot roots) and barely see the hight lights she knows nothing about color. Claiming it was a color correction... Lol... Color correction is fixing hair when it has color... This treatment only lasted about a month, it looked nice but I feel she didn't leave it in long enough because I showed concern about my parking meter, so it wasn't worth it, maybe for them because they made money from me. Do yourself a favor and don't offer Groupons if you can't respect what the client purchased it for. This is not a way to gain future clients.
