I was so impressed when I came here for my perm/haircut that I wanted to share about it. They had so many safety measures throughout: 1) Temperature check to enter 2) Hand sanitizer provided 3) Staff wearing gloves + face shields 4) Plastic dividers between seats 5) Single-use plastic coverings for each chair replaced for each appointment and 6) UV light disinfecting "ovens"/boxes for all equipment. It made me feel safe and comfortable throughout my entire 2-hour appointment there. And outside of the new pandemic-related aspects of my recent appointment here, I always enjoyed getting my haircut and perms here. All of their staff are very skilled and dedicated people. I arrived for my appointment and was seen right away, no wait time. I did not get the name of the man who cut my hair but he did speak English. He was so attentive. He asked so many questions, constantly checking to make sure I was happy with what he was doing. I felt like I was in good hands. I asked for curtain bangs and a blunt trim with no layers. I don't think he was prepared for my hair texture because I'm Hispanic and have naturally curly hair. It only surprised him, did not deter him from doing a good job. He just confirmed if I was okay with him straightening my hair after blow drying which I said I was. My hair looks so good. I'm so happy with the result. I will absolutely be coming back. Everyone was polite. The place was clean. Other customers seemed happy. My appointment took about an hour even with added steps.
