The lady I worked with decided she wasn't going to communicate with me. She didn't answer my questions and several times asked me if I've ever rented a trailer before while I continued to reply, no. Several employees were just sitting in rental vehicles on their phones even though the lobby was full of people trying to rent. I can't believe U-Haul would force people to rent from this location.

Then I seen a post about a car at Credit Car. I got a hold of the lady that works there she was very nice and really seemed like she can get me in a car .... So we kept in contact for about 2 weeks she would let me know if she had something that fit our budget and so on.
