I thought that was excellent customer service. Alex, who returned my call, was polite, professional, and upfront with pricing at $139. When I mentioned I was still shopping around, he immediately offered me a $20 discount with a coupon they had available. I decided to move forward with them, and the drop-off process was quick and easy. Alex explained the timeline clearly and even asked if I wanted to add a tempered glass protector. The next day, I was able to cancel the protector I had ordered online and called them back. Although they didn't answer right away, Luis returned my call within 20 minutes and was just as professional. He even offered me a further discount on the screen protector. I haven't picked up the iPad yet, but so far, the customer service has been outstanding - quick responses, polite communication, and a willingness to work with me on pricing. I'm very impressed with how they run their business and will update once I receive the iPad.

BEWARE*** this place advertises that they sell new phones. But they actually sell used phones as new. Phones are already open die fast and come with chinese made chargers that may burn your house down. 5 days after i bought a new phone the screen just stopped working. And now they want 200$ to fix it. No cares at all. No warranty. I know the charger they gave me is the fault. It literally gets so hot that the charger box itself melted. Pics attached I bought 3 phones from them spent over 1200$ and i am very dissappointed. Go somewhere trustworthy when spending your money. Youll thank me later read more

Its super easy and way better than trying to call to file a claim. My phone was broken so they let me call Verizon, but I was having a hard time getting them to do anything.
