The salesman (David) listened to what we wanted and showed us several options. He was very knowledgeable and patient as we expressed our needs and concerns. We bought the Tempur-pedic frame and a soft mattress. We love the mattress and are still adjusting the frame to the just right "baby bear" setting, but can honestly say the night passed so quickly with such a restful sleep! We are not too fond of the mattress pad you have to buy; would prefer one with some padding. Would recommend frame and mattress to anyone! The delivery/set-up team were awesome also!

Do NOT go to this store! Would give a zero star if possible. Spent $2000 plus on two…read moremattresses/bases. Jon was the most incompetent salesperson we have ever dealt with. He told us what we wanted to hear, said he was giving us a great deal and promised us we would receive the beds before we moved. We made it clear we were not taking our old beds with us so this date had to be accurate. Of course, he assured us it would be. It wasn't. After sleeping on the couch and floor for a few night we finally got the mattress but no bases. Got the bases like a week later and guess what?? They weren't the ones we were sold! Only the head raised up, not the feet. The bottom being adjustable was the main reason I wanted that bed. Went back in and Jon tried to gaslight us into thinking my husband I both heard everything he said incorrectly! Acted like he had no idea what the problem was. Said he didn't tell us that delivery date and we didn't purchase the only adjustable bed he showed us, which we bought!! Jon kept saying his regional manager Dave would contact us but he never did, which is just inexcusable for any kind of manager with extremely unhappy customers with serious complaints. We finally had to go above him and Dave to get our issues taken care of. Brent at the store was helpful but we finally spoke to a Johnathan guy who fixed the issue. Still took couple weeks to get the bed but no thanks to Jon! From lying about the delivery dates to acting like he never mentioned a deal or sold us the beds we actually picked out, and not trying to correct the situation asap! This has been the most incompetent, unprofessional and infuriating experience and we will be sure to let everyone know.

Quick to find answers if he didn't know instantly. Delivery dates were quick. We ordered on May 26th. Hers were in stock and delivered June 1. Mine were on order and delivered June 5. Someone called 2 days prior to confirm the delivery day was still good. The day before received a text giving me the delivery window. The morning of another text giving me the driver's name, what order I was in the delivery, and a link that I could at any time check to see how close they were and what stop they were currently on. Then received another text letting me know they were approximately 45 minutes away. The guys were there less than an hour (not sure exactly how long) for my mom's delivery. Less than 10 minutes for mine. 10/10 would recommend.

Terrible experience. Their warranties are extremely dishonest. I spent $4000 on an adjustable bed…read moreit stopped working and they would not fix it. Said the motor was not covered. If the motor doesn't work it's just a $1000 bed. I just bought a chair the only opens with a motor. I thought it was warntied for 10 years but found out the chair is warntied for 10 years but the motor only 5. If the recliner breaks while the recliner is partially opening after 5 years they will not fix it. It then becomes a permanent broken chair. They also say the company doesn't care or produce fixable parts 5 or so years after you buy the item. Ridiculous. How is that our problem. Sell something be honest. Ridiculous. Now the chair is going to be returned as after 5 years my 10 year warntiy is useless as it was for my bed I got to help keeping me from dying of esophageal cancer the whole point of getting the bed to elevate when I sleep. Ridiculous.
