We made fun with what we could but the lanes werent very good but guessing its so cheap it fits the price. SMOKING! Be aware cigarette smoke everywhere! The prices for the lanes are ok. They keep the place clean and the equipment running. I saw one ball get stuck and the crew addressed it in less than a minute. Food and drinks are cheap. I recommend the fried pickled chips. The whole place smells like cigarettes. read more

It was my second time going to that bowling alley. I took my disabled 9 year old son and his Dad and my 5 year old daughter. The man behind the counter was beyond rude. The rudest person I have ever met, actually. I don't understand how he even has a job there. Let alone live with himself everyday. I felt so upset with his attitude from nowhere, I told him I should call the cops on him. Then he had the audacity to call the cops on me for his bad behavior. So i saw this place off I55 as we were on our way to Lambert's Cafe. We walked in and it was pretty dead. My boyfriend wanted to go look at their bowling shoes to compare prices. Well it turned out that they were just bought by someone else so they were having a sale. They had bowling shoes for women for 10.00!!! They aren't the cutest but hey in the long run it saves me money because i don't have to pay for bowling shoes everytime we go bowl. They also had single totes for 10 bucks and double totes for 20. After we were done getting our bowling accessories we went to go bowl. We were shocked when they said they were expecting a bus of 200 kids so we couldn't bowl. A bit depressing but atleast we both got bowling shoes out of it. These stars are strictly based on the great sale they were having not the bowling. read more

We are from Texas and decided to come bowling while visiting family. Friendly staff. Thankful we didn't have to wear a mask.

Decided to go out with the family on Tuesday. Payed for bowling and asked if they still did the Groupon thing anymore. Got a reply of we haven't done that since 2020...and we don't need too. Obviously was very rude and short. Spent over 150 bucks for 2 games and 2 pizzas for 4 adults and 5 kids. I enjoy my visits to Imperial Bowl - always friendly. As with any bowling alley in today's environment, they do work on a limited staff to make ends meet. If you understand that going in, then if you have to wait a few minutes, the aggravation does not show up. Don't go here. We went here on presidents day when my son was off school. I walked in with a soda and before the cashier said good morning he barked "no sodas." No problem. I took my drink back out to the car and when I walked back in there was a group of 30 that had walked in. Instead of taking care of us the same rude guy said "you may as well get in line which starts all the way back there." Even my son asked "did we do something wrong?" Needless to say I refused to give any money to the snack bar even though we were going to until this rude guy opened his mouth. So after a 30 minute wait in line a different guy waited on us who was much nicer. The rude cashier was wearing a blue shirt. Terrible! Won't be back. At one point my sons ball got stuck and it took over 10 minutes to get a response. read more

Travelled home for holidays. I used to bowl here 40 years ago as a kid. Disappointing. They allow smoking while bowling and during non smoking times the place is a stale sweaty sock old aroma. The shoes are old and gross. It does look like they are planning a remodel which will be a total waste of money as the smoke permeates the efforts. There is no way to decontaminate. On top of it the technology is dated. They have auto score but if bumpers are up for one they have to be up for all. read more

We had our daughters birthday party there this summer. It was a great experience. They dont charge a head of time and only charge for the people who end up bowling so you dont have to worry about kids not showing. The prices beat other bowling facilities and it is smoke free and very clean. The food is great and service is great. read more

Workers smoke at front desk. Literally a cigarette was in the ashtray with smoke rolling up to the ceiling as we were checking into use a groupon that we already purchased. If we did not already purchase the bowling package I would have turned around and left. The entire place It really really stinks like cigarette smoke. Our group was not allowed to finish our game even though we were over halfway through the 9th frame of the game. The lanes just shut down in the middle of the frame and we couldn't get them turned back on. The cosmic bowling aspect of the game added nothing to my experience. If anything it subtracted from my experience. The music was so quiet you could not hear it and the music that was playing was so dull that it didn't get the crowd pumped. The lights were distracting and the video screen graphics looked like they were from the 1990s. We called about 30 minutes before we arrived and were told every lane was open. When we arrived, we had an hour wait before we could play. I will not be returning to this bowling alley. read more

Terrible experience. Went to take my three grandkids bowling, first thing we wanted to do was eat, so after ordering the total came to over $45! Ended up just getting sodas. Then we went to the counter and told the lady the girls wanted to bowl two games. Came to almost $24! $4 per game! For an 8, 6 and 3 year old! Never paid that much when I bowled in a league! And to top it off we had to pay up front, never had to do that before, always paid for number of frames bowled. So the girls grew tired after one game and we decided to go. When I asked if we could get a refund for the second game she said all she could do was give me a coupon for a free game, even though I paid in cash! What could be so difficult that I couldn't get my cash back? Won't be back, establishment used to be fun and family oriented but guess all they want is your money. read more
