William came & in an HOUR, cleaned my entire downstairs carpeting back to almost new! My 20 yr old, heavily stained white berber (I know, terrible choice) was gray & spotted everywhere from spot cleaning & using that useless store rented cleaner that breaks your back & makes your carpet worse! I'm in shock he could do all this in an hour, for less than what it would have cost me to rent a machine & buy all the shampoos. Bonus, my house smells lightly of citrus now. I was worried about a chemical odor, since I have a 2 year old running around. No strong odors left whatsoever. He did an extra extraction of some sort, and my carpet is already over halfway dried. Second time my 240 gallon aquarium decided to flood the living room. First time I called other companies and they scheduled me 3 or 4 days out. I called Imperial and talked with William. He came out that evening. Did a great job taking the water out of the carpet. Today, same thing. Hose popped off and 160 gallons came out. My living room, kitchen and part of family room flooded. I called William and he came out within an hour. Spent 2 hours getting the water out plus he lent me two industrial fans to help dry my area. Thanks again William. read more

We've had terrible luck with this company. The first time we asked him to come out I spent two hours moving all the furniture and getting things set up. William got here and found that his equipment was not working and had to cancel. He came back later and cleaned our carpets with no incident. Like other reviewers I found him personable so we decided to use him again. Today I spent another two hours getting the house set up for his visit and he didn't show. His explanation was that he had a commercial job today and that we were scheduled for next week. All I can say is my wife made the appointment and she does not make these kind of mistakes, ever. I don't know what to make up his explanation. I sure hope we didn't get bumped because he could make a lot more money at a commercial job. Perhaps it was just a scheduling error. In any event I won't risk another such error. Bottom line is we have set 3 appointments with Imperial and they completed the job once. read more

What a great service! Shockingly great! My carpets were extremely filthy: cake with puppy feces and saturated with dog pee, drool, vomit, and of course some additional stains from coffee, red wine, and grease, the carpet had become a crusty brown color. It also stunk. I was about to have professionals come and strip off the carpet and return the floor to bare wooden planks. I had tried carpet cleaning services before and I even tried buying the best model of the best machine available. Nothing worked. At most, they would lessen the filth from a brown to a slightly lighter brown. But then, my brother told me about the carpet cleaner he used. I set up a visit from Imperial Cleaning Service three days later. The owner William looked at my two rooms and agreed the carpets were quite dirty, He then boldly assured me he would have them both done within an hour. Suffice it to say, he did most of the work within half an hour. He had quite an awesome machine. It was like watching a big sponge whipe crumbs off a marble counter. Before my eyes, what had been a brown crusty carpet was now back into its original off-white color. And, spotless! It looks like a brand new carpet. These days at my age, I am rarely surprised by good service, but this carpet cleaning was seriously awe inspiring. Moreover, Imperial's price was very reasonable, even for less than an hour's service. Heck, I was seriously giving up on the carpet. I'd give more stars if I could! The BEST customer service by far!! After a bad experience with Sears I took to my community to recommend a carpet cleaning company and hands down imperial cleaning was the most recommended. They didn't just meet Sears's pricing, they beat it and here's how. Sears wants an exact measurement for each area you want done. If the area is over what Sears considers an area, it's an additional charge. Also if you have stairs in your house and you have more than 12 steps... Guess what, Sears will charge you for two sets of stairs....BUT William at Imperial said stairs are stairs it doesn't matter if I have 10 or 16 steps in fact I was never even asked what the measurements are of the area I wanted done. He knew I wanted my carpets done ASAP and offered to come do them on his normal day off. My house is 3,400 sqft and with the exception of the kitchen, living-room/ nook area and shower rooms the rest of my house is all carpet! 5 bedrooms-4 of which have walk in closets, 3 bathroom vanity areas, a family room, stairs, top landing and two hallways! ALL ARE CARPETED! And the fact that he was willing to come out and spend his day off cleaning my carpets just goes to show you that this company believes in Customer service! OMG, I will never go back to Coit. My carpets - off white - look fantastic. William was pleasant & personable but what was most important for me was that he was very conscientious & meticulous.
