Just had our carpets cleaned yesterday by Andrew. He was friendly, polite, efficient. We had a smaller area to be cleaned, just our living room and hallway, and he was done in 45 minutes. Carpets looked excellent! Only two stains were still there (though they definitely looked better than before), which he said he could remove but would need to use harsher chemicals on and didn't recommend doing since we have toddlers. Andrew came out a few weeks ago to clean my carpets (I found him on NextDoor then read the reviews here). I have two older dogs who have done a number on my carpets (three story house) and I was ashamed having people over even though I have an expensive Bissell Big Green cleaner (too heavy lugging up the stairs) that I've used four times--it's basically brand new. His aunt took my call; she couldn't have been more pleasant. On the day of the appt, he called to tell me he was running late and showed up 10 minutes later (whatever), we walked through ALL of the problem areas and he got to work. Maybe 2 1/2 hours later, it was all done. Stairs, landings, everything. Places I didn't think would ever be clean again. The carpet feels better and looks amazing. I'm so happy. The best part of all? This is my 3rd time having Superlative come out. I've been using them since 2009. The service is excellent. I can't believe I waited so long to call them again or even bothered looking for other services in the area. Garrett called to say he was running EARLY. he showed up and got right to work. Super sweet guy, was kind to my pets, saw I had the Giants game on and we chatted about that while he took a look at the Armageddon that had occurred on my carpets. So about my carpets. Yeah. So. Little dog. Had trouble housebreaking her when she was a pup. She's almost 5. Finally got things under control and then had emergency back surgery. I live alone. On a 3rd story. So you can imagine...not to mention spills I just couldn't clean up because I couldn't bend over for a few months. It was pretty raunchy in here. Garrett not only got all the stains OUT, but he deodorized them so well. Usually it smells like pee for a few weeks after a carpet cleaning. Not this time. AMAZING. He also gave me a fabulous tip about how easy it would be to replace the carpet pad in my little dog's "favorite area". There are a few spots that have come back up but Garrett & Superlative stand by their work and will come back out to touch them up. But to be totally honest, if you had seen my carpet before you would be in complete shock and awe at how good of a job they did. And the price is just so right. I have a small one bedroom apartment and the cost was $105 for my bedroom and my living room (no hallway). I won't wait this long next time! I called and asked for my carpets to be cleaned and stretched. The woman on the phone said it would take a couple of hours but I knew it was going to be an entire day to do. I was right. Jeremy showed up at my house at 9:00 am - and was there until 7:00 pm. It was a long hard day but he was very professional about it and got the carpet stretched (about 2400 square feet of stretching!) and cleaned.
