They apparently neglected to replace the oil filter and we had to call in an emergency repair service when our boiler stopped working, which also cost hundreds of dollars. The repair person today said they probably didn't replace the filter because it was so clogged it was difficult to remove and they didn't want to bother. I thought after 20 years of loyalty I should get a bit of a break. The customer service person was rude and told me I wasn't getting anything. I asked to get a delivery at the price lock price and would look at a price lock at another time. I was told an oil delivery without a price lock would be $6.49 I requested to speak with a manager She said one would call me. No one ever called im not sure how a business feels it is right to treat a customer for two decades this way. It is mind boggling to me that they remain in business. If you are looking for an oil company stay as far away from valley oil as possible.if they will treat a 20 year customer this way how will they treat you.
