I visited this place last night for a couples massage, and it was a very disappointing experience. When the massage therapists started, Lucas was extremely rough and worked so fast that it felt like he was racing through it. Typically, you get a massage to feel relaxed, but instead, we left feeling bruised and sore, with headaches from the massage. Despite repeatedly asking them to go softer, they continued to apply too much pressure, focusing mainly on the bony areas of our bodies. If I could do it all over again, I would definitely pay attention to the one-star reviews. We called the store afterward and spoke to Tina, the receptionist/owner. They had availability quickly and this place is like five minutes from my house! They are very nice, just tell them what you want and kiss those knots goodbye! First time at this establishment and I was very satisfied. I walked in and was seen right away. The establishment was very clean and smelled nice. I was in a private room for the body portion of the massage and Tracy was amazing! The only thing I would like to give a suggestion on is that I know the employees wear gloves when massaging the feet for sanitary reasons, but they need thinner gloves. The whole time of the foot massage I didn't feel pressure as if my feet were getting gripped and massaged, I just felt the baggy and thick gloves sliding up and down my feet. Jerry is great, he has strong pressure which is good if you need that, but you can always request less. He worked on my shoulders thoroughly and even helped me relax with some stretches throughout the sesesion. My girlfriend went with May/Mei and had a wonderful experience with her. We got the 60 minute body session and we've tried the combo (body + foot). Great service both times. You can't go wrong with any of the massage therapists here. The place is quiet and relaxing. The location has great parking, is extremely clean inside, has private rooms (some massage places don't), is fairly quiet, and the prices are reasonable. We were recommended the 30 min foot massage w/ the 60 minute full body massage. Upon arrival, we were directed to an ambient living room for our foot massage. The ladies were going the perfect pressure for us. After 30 minutes we were directed to a private room for our body massage. We were instructed to take off our clothes for the massage. Once the massage started, both therapists really worked hard with the perfect pressure and going at our trouble spots. I honestly felt bad for the lady for massaging me. She really put 110% to put in the pressure I wanted, and I could tell it must have been tiresome for her. Regardless, she still worked hard. My 3rd time here. This time I brought my good friend from out of town so obviously her 1st time here. We both got the 90 minutes for $65. Only thing is it was NOT 90 minutes. I looked up at the clock right before they started and it was 8:48pm. They ended at 10:08pm NOT COOL. It was obvious they wanted to go home because at the end I was waiting on the couch for my friend who had to use the bathroom. The workers literally were outside and in their car. Only one man was standing holding the door waiting for us to leave. They do close at 10pm so I get it, but then don't accept a 90 min massage if you can't complete it! My friend and I shared a room. I had a lady who was huffing and puffing like she was so tired as a matter of fact she was because she said it - "So tired" she also kept talking to the masseuse who was working on my friend. I tried my hardest to tune her out. Usually this place listens to what I want but not this time. I kept telling her I wanted most of the work on my shoulders but she didn't spend as much time as I wanted her to. I brought it up to her a couple of times and she replied with "I know, wait." I waited but never went back to the shoulders like I asked. It was weird, she started ok but later got lazy. Meanwhile my friend next to me had the man literally walking on her back. After awhile she finally said.."Ok enough." Then he got off. My friend also said that her massage started really good but then he started to rush. Why are you both rushing though? We payed for 90 minutes!! At the end I asked my friend how it was and she said it was ok except the mans NAIL WAS LONG AND SO IT WAS SCRATCHING HER!! DISGUSTING! I know this isn't a high end place but CUT YOUR DAMN NAILS! With the flash light from my phone I checked my friends left shoulder and yup exactly what she felt 2 scratches from her masseuse!! Ouch! Anna was my masseuse and wow not only was she so thorough with everything, but so respectful and made me feel so relaxed and comfortable. I chose the combo B, but next time I have no doubt I'll opt for Combo C which is just a bit longer. The place was very clean and super spacious. It didn't feel or look sketchy at all. It pains me to have to write this review because this place used to be my go-to for a quick foot massage or just for some short notice relaxing time. During my few years of going here, I always thought this was a convenient, CLEAN place to get a massage. Unfortunately, not anymore. I brought my sister for the first time because she needed some relaxing "me time" and i liked that the massage was able to be done with short notice. Her massage was a little too rough for her... and she told the masseuse but either she didn't hear, didn't understand, or didn't know how to tone down the pressure. So it wasn't too enjoyable for her. I enjoyed my massage, nice pressure and usually always makes me feel relaxed. After the massage is when it gets dicey. For background, during the foot massage they put a towel over your body (for comfort kind of like a blanket), and a small towel over your eyes and head. When me and my sis were all done, both of our masseuses took our towels off (body and head/face towel) and proceeded to fold them back up nicely and put them back on the station/ottoman for the next customers. Excuse me?! I stuck around to see if they were going to take them to the back to get laundered or something, but no - they left. My sis and I just looked at each other because that was a pretty obvious no no. I've been to many massage places (all kinds) and they usually take back all the sheets/towels that were used during the massage. After that, I couldn't stop thinking about whose face/head my towel was on before me. Gross! Especially during a time of "post pandemic" and covid and other viruses around. I can't forgive this.
