It's a hot summer and my 5 years old son was so thirsty , I took a Complementary mini water from the mini fridge and the receptionist ( Tina ) told me water is only for customers only ! Her attitude was extremely rude , I was shocked! Her poor customer service had completely ruined my experience. I paid the therapist $25 tips and that 8 oz bottle of water cost how much ? 32 bottles of 8oz water only cost $4.99. Lol I have no complain of my therapist, she is very nice ! I just feel upset about Tina. I will not visit this spa ever again and I do not recommend them to anyone either! As a massage clinic owner or manager, you're likely to come across a wide array of clients. Jerry is great, he has strong pressure which is good if you need that, but you can always request less. He worked on my shoulders thoroughly and even helped me relax with some stretches throughout the sesesion. My girlfriend went with May/Mei and had a wonderful experience with her. We got the 60 minute body session and we've tried the combo (body + foot). Great service both times. You can't go wrong with any of the massage therapists here. The place is quiet and relaxing. This place is on the side of a plaza so it can be missed. It's lnth left side at the end of the Vons. There are plenty of parking near the place itself. Did a walk-in and they were accommodating without an appointment. I don't get massages often but I definitely wanted something after a long couple of weeks. I didn't get the masseuses name but they really focused on my shoulder and upper back and that's where the pain was without me even mentioning anything. I was S O R E the next day but felt pretty grea! The prices were pretty reasonable and this place is bigger than I expected. I've been here plenty of times. Probably one of my favorite spots. Very professional. Staff is attentive and polite. The therapists are good too. I always get what I ask for. Firm massage. This place is very clean and well decorated. I like the ambience here. Great parking and they're open till 10. Prices are fair. My only small complain is the tips. Like most places, they are very pushy. You're not obligated to tip. But it's very pushed. I always tip because I like my experience. But there are times I don't have the extra cash. The receptionist was friendly to send us a reminder message on the day of our massage. We came a little earlier than scheduled, but they were able to accommodate us immediately (it was Friday at 4pm). Easily one of the best massage places in town. Prices are super reasonable and the whole place is spotless clean. Found this place on Yelp and call them right away to make an appointment. It was very easy to get a an appointment either same day or the next day. They have several massage therapist working there and many rooms. I requested a male massage therapist just out of preference. I came in and can tell the whole place had been cleaned from top to down and absolutely very spotless which made me feel very safe. I was then taken to one of the massage rooms and was given clean sheets to change into. My massage therapist and came into the room and started working on me. I told him where my pain points were and he told me he understood. He worked systematically and therapeutically from my neck all the way down to my legs. Ok, I've tried this place out a few times and after today, I am convinced that these "masseuses" have no idea what the heck they are actually doing, nor are they licensed/certified or have any sort of formal training. Fair warning, this is NOT the place to come to if you want a relaxing massage experience. Today I went in a for a 1 hour body massage. The "masseuse" started by instantly getting on the table and walking all over my back and body... BAREFOOT. It was the most painful (not to mention, unsanitary) experience I've ever had at a massage parlor. It was clear she had no idea what she was doing as she dug her bare toes and heels into my back and shoulders. Several times I looked up in pain and she just giggled, even after I told her it was painful. She spent at least 25 minutes of the one hour massage walking with her full weight on my back, neck and shoulders. Finally, I said no more and she stopped. However, she then proceeded to use her elbows to finish the remainder of the massage, digging into the now sore parts of my body that she just finished walking on. There was absolutely nothing enjoyable about the experience and I literally feared she was going to cause injury to me. Again, these people either have no idea what they're doing, or they are just lazy and try to get away with these made-up, zero-effort massage practices. Definitely won't be back! read more

When the massage therapists started, Lucas was extremely rough and worked so fast that it felt like he was racing through it. Typically, you get a massage to feel relaxed, but instead, we left feeling bruised and sore, with headaches from the massage. Despite repeatedly asking them to go softer, they continued to apply too much pressure, focusing mainly on the bony areas of our bodies. If I could do it all over again, I would definitely pay attention to the one-star reviews. We called the store afterward and spoke to Tina, the receptionist/owner. This facility is spacious and clean. The employees are extremely accommodating and friendly. They were all wearing masks and according to their yelp description, they're all vaccinated. During the body massage, they used a massage oil that had no scent (at least I think there wasn't a scent LOL) which my allergies appreciated since I don't take well to strong perfumes. I always debate on asking for a stronger massage at the beginning (plus I wasn't asked what intensity I preferred) but when the masseuse (I feel so bad I didn't get her name) found my knots, she worked them like there was no tomorrow. Thank you so much for the persistence because I feel less stiff and achy today. Magical hands indeed! Then she brought out the hot stones which definitely helped unknot my back further. After the hour was done, we dressed up and were directed to where the foot massage happens which was well worth it. After the massage, we went home and slept like babies and woke up very refreshed which just goes to show that it was an amazing massage. I can't believe this was our first time here. I had a 60 min combo of body and foot massage at $45. I'm not a massage expert so i was not expecting special massage techniques. I only wanted to relieve some muscle tension from sitting 8-10hrs a day at the computer. I know muscles tend to get tight and easily tired if you stay in the same position for a long time. The masseuse who serviced had strong arms and fingers to press the muscle hard enough to remove any knots and squeeze the lactic acid (toxins) out. My body felt really good afterwards, especially my hips, legs, and feet. The ladies who work here do a great job but it is a labor intensive job so PLEASE DON'T FORGET TO TIP THEM!! TIP: drink lots of water to help your body rid the toxin that was squeezed out of your tired muscles. Your kidneys will thank you for it read more
