We called Imperial Massage to see if they could take us last minute after another foot massage place gave away our 11:00 a.m. appointments and told us we'd need to wait an additional 45 minutes despite arriving on time. Imperial Massage was able to accommodate all three of us right away. I asked about pricing for a one-hour foot massage, which was quoted at $50 very reasonable and about the going rate so we headed straight over. Upon arrival, we were immediately greeted in a beautifully decorated lobby that felt cozy, clean, and inviting. The atmosphere throughout the spa was calm, quiet, and relaxing, which was exactly what we needed. After discussing our options, the three of us decided on the 60-minute combo massage: 30 minutes of foot massage and 30 minutes of body massage for $55. We were taken to the back where the recliners are located for foot massages. The area was peaceful and quiet, allowing us to fully relax. For the first 30 minutes, I received a medium-pressure massage focused on my head, neck, shoulders, legs, and feet. Mina did an excellent job applying just the right amount of pressure and frequently checked in to make sure I was comfortable. After the foot massage, I was taken to a private room for the body massage, which was also very quiet and soothing. I really appreciated that they allow you to either keep your clothes on or remove them--one of my friends preferred not to undress, which made the experience more comfortable for her. Mina again used medium pressure on my back and neck and skillfully used her elbows to work through stubborn tension in my shoulders. Toward the end of the session, she used hot stones and a warm towel, which was the perfect way to finish. Afterward, I returned to the front to pay and leave a tip for Mina. I was asked how my massage was, and I happily shared how pleased and satisfied I felt. I will definitely be returning. Overall, this was a great experience. I came by for a post run massage and selected the package for 30 min body massage and a foot massage. My therapist was Jerry and he was great. I haven't had time to get a massage in the past couple months, so I guess I was really tight. Be aware that the massages here are not really spa relaxation type massages, it's where I like to go when I need some intense therapy, deep tissue massages. He really got into my knots on my back and even asked if I wanted to extend my massage since I was so tight. I had other things to do that day, so just extended it for another 10 min, but I would like to return and have Jerry work on my back for a whole hour. The foot massage was also good and relaxing. I tend to have ticklish feet, but there were no issues with that. I have been a regular customer at this establishment for nearly two years. During that time, I have received multiple lower-body massages, but this recent experience was completely different and extremely unpleasant. Yesterday was my second massage with Lucas, and basic draping was not followed at all. In previous sessions, the non-treated leg was always covered with a towel. This time, however, both legs were left completely exposed throughout the session. I was only wearing underwear and positioned with one leg raised, while the other leg was also left fully uncovered, which made me feel very exposed and uncomfortable. The main issue was that repeated strong pressure was applied very close to the groin area while I was in this fully exposed position. The lack of any proper covering while working near such a sensitive area felt inappropriate, highly uncomfortable, and embarrassing. Only after I directly asked for my leg to be covered was a towel finally provided. When the session continued on the other side, the same pressure near the groin area was no longer applied. This made the earlier part of the session feel inconsistent and raised serious concerns about how it was conducted. In all my time visiting this establishment over the past two years, I have never experienced a session where basic draping was ignored in this way. I was too shocked to address it immediately, but the experience has remained very unpleasant. Not following basic draping standards while working near sensitive areas is, in my view, a serious issue. This was not just uncomfortable, but a very disappointing experience overall. read more

We got here, appt was at 830 got taken back around 840 then sat in the back for about 5 minutes and they assigned a male to do my massage no big deal. Going into the massage he was so rushed it was so uncomfortable I told him I just want to do 30 minutes instead, I could not sit there for an hour. He was so rushed I was out of his chair by 905. I went tot he front to just let them know when I called I specifically asked for 3 females and was told they could accommodate them, then showed him I didn't not even get the complete 30 minutes. I actually called to make the appointment with a male masseur because I know this place is always busy and they do have a lot of male masseurs and female masseuses. But sometimes they are short of male masseur and that's why is best to call ahead. The lady on the phone sounded very pleasant and nice. I made my appointment for 6 pm, when I got there, i told the lady sitting at the desk that I called for a male masseur. There was about 6-7 female masseuse just waiting for customers, the boss lady said I wanted a male lol. You pay first, is not something new for most massage parlors, because some people just don't want to pay after the massage complaining it wasn't good blah blah blah. I bet you know someone has done it before lol. Anyway, got to my room, got completely naked and on the massage bed, Kevin knocked "are you ready ? " yes. I just lifted my head and took a quick glance at him, he looks like a big guy. They got big hands lol. He asked me what pressure I like, medium or hard. I said hard of course. The first 20 minutes was good but then it got softer and softer. The hour has already passed and when he wiped me down, I didn't get no hot stones. Are the hot stones extra charge ? I flipped on my back and he was massaging my head, that's when I think I fell asleep cause I was so tired lol I woke up when he turned my head sideways and didn't really massage my neck as hard as I like but he spent a lot of time massaging my face, then a minute on each arm, massaging my legs, a couple of squeezing and he pulled my feet up and dropped them down, what does that even do for you? lol I got long legs, sometimes I get scared of my ankle hitting the edge of the bed when he drops my feet. Overall it was good but next time I want to try a different guy and do the longest combination. I still tip him $30 ($20 per hour plus $10 for half hour). If he was consistent of keeping the hard pressure, I would of tipped him more. At the end, he was at the front waiting for his tip and gave me a cup of hot tea. I want to give special recognition to Maria, who worked on me. I have multiple past injuries, including a broken neck at C6-C7. I have visible scarring, a previous right arm fracture, a boxer's fracture, and foot and ankle injuries. Maria had no prior knowledge of any of this. When asked about pressure, I requested medium. Throughout the massage, she showed great awareness and attention to detail, especially by being careful with my hand on the side of my boxer's fracture.
