After checking in, we were given plenty of time to change, and the staff knocked on our doors to confirm when we were ready for our treatments. Once we were set, the therapists came in, introduced themselves, and got started right away. The massage itself was very similar to others I've had in the past, but what stood out was their attentiveness. They seemed to know exactly where to focus on my body, working on tension and knots I hadn't even realized I had. I was impressed by how thorough they were -- they even found spots I didn't know needed attention! Regrettably, the substitute masseuse who attended to me did not possess the necessary skills or expertise to provide a satisfactory massage experience. I was left thoroughly disappointed with the quality of the service I received. At the conclusion of the massage, I immediately brought my concerns to the attention of the person at the front desk, expressing my dissatisfaction with the session. To my dismay, I was informed that the masseuse in question was new to your establishment, having been there for only 2-3 days. While I understand that everyone starts somewhere, it is disheartening that I was not given the option to reschedule my appointment with an experienced professional or at least provided with an alternative masseuse who could meet my expectations. As a customer, I believe it is crucial to receive the service I had initially booked and paid for. The place lies east of Nogales on Colima Rd. It is so so with laminate wood flooring and the female who worked on me used too little effort. When she worked on my scalp, her nails dug into my head, trying to rip out my hair. They make you watch TV. How can you relax! While working on my back, she gave me too much force on my rib. I told her to stop. She said OK OK but continued. I don't think the staff is professionally trained. They may not even be certified. I almost slipped where there was a spill. You get the human touch but not the relaxation or massage. If you broke a rib, that's your risk if you come here. If you want a cheap massage, the Rowland area is not the place; try somewhere else but make sure they're legit, State certified, insured and speak English. Thought I'd give this place a try after reading the first five star review - my mistake. Would I come back again? No. They only get 1 star for the cheap price and none for the foot massage. Sure, $15 dollar is cheap, but it doesn't mean its good, unless you like walking a thousand miles for a cheap and lousy massage. read more

The rate for a one-hour massage had jumped from $50 to $60 -- a $10 increase with no prior notice. What really bothered me is that I received a reminder text the night before, and there was no mention of any price change.
