Are there massage rooms for privacy or is it in just 1 big room where you are getting the massage together with other customers too?

There are private rooms and couple rooms for massages but if you are getting just a foot massage you are in one big room with other customers. It is nice and dark so you can't really see each other. A great place to get your massage!

    Do you accept credit cards?

They did when I went last month

Do you have gift cards available?

Hi Cathy. Good afternoon. We have gift cards.

Do they clean and sanitize pretty well? I know most massage places change out the towel where you lay your face down (full body massage) but don't sanitize the headrest, but sometimes when you lay face down your face still touches the table headrest

Yes we do, we clean and sanitize change towels sheets for everyone.the health of our guests is our concern.

Do we need to make appointment or do they accept walk in?

Appts are best to reduce wait time. They tend to be busy and may not have staff available for you.

How much is a foot massage for 30 mins and 60 mins?

    $25.

    Do you accept credit card?

Yes, they do. You are also able to leave a tip using your credit card if you forget to bring cash.

What's the tipping culture like for foot massages? What do you guys think is an appropriate %?

These guys work really hard! $10 for an hour service, $15 for the 90 min service. The massage therapist depend on the tips to live.

I hadn't been here in a long time and decided to stop by for a grass jelly drink. Unfortunately,…read morethe customer service completely ruined my experience. After I ordered, I paid in cash. One of my $5 bills had a small piece of tape on the corner, and the cashier refused to accept it. I asked her to return my money so I could pay with my credit card. She simply placed my cash on the counter and walked away without saying a word. I found that extremely rude. She didn't ask whether I still wanted my drink or if I would be paying another way. Walking away and ignoring a customer doesn't solve the situation. I had to call her back and say, "Excuse me, since you don't want to take my cash, I'd like to pay with my credit card." She returned with an obvious attitude, turned the credit card terminal toward me, and walked away again before I had even finished paying. I was truly disappointed by how I was treated. A little courtesy and communication would have gone a long way. I hope the owner provides better customer service training because no customer should be made to feel like their business isn't appreciated. Sadly, I won't be returning because of this experience.

I'm a fan of herbal drinks and they make their grass jelly in-house. It's really refreshihng on a hot day and I like their OMG organic milk with grass jelly. Yay, victory!! We booked a 1-hour couples Thai massage with Mona and Bee, and once the massage started, all that parking nuisance disappeared. I asked Mona to attack the stubborn knots in my traps, and wow... she ironed those things out really well!!!! It wasn't exactly gentle, but that's how I like it!! By the end, I felt loose, relaxed, and about 10 pounds lighter from all the tension. Yes, they do step on you, but only after asking first, so don't panic!! Afterward, they served hot tea and rice crackers, which was the perfect little cooldown. And please, tip your massage therapist well!! They work hard, and making people forget life's chaos for an hour deserves some love!!! A few things I'd do differently next time: * They provide shared shorts and an open-back tank top. My microbiology brain couldn't stop thinking about it, so I'm bringing my own clothes next visit. * Hubby had a reaction to the massage oil/balm. Whether it was the product itself or possible cross-contamination, we'll just bring our own balm next time to play it safe. * No hot stones. Not a dealbreaker, but it would've been a nice bonus. For just $55 for a full hour of Thai massage, it's honestly hard to complain. Our regular spot in San Diego costs quite a bit more. Despite my little gripes, the massage itself was fantastic, and we'll definitely be back, this time armed with our OWN boxer shorts and massage balm!!!

The reasons why I want to update my review: Very relaxing atmosphere -- the center area isn't overly loud. Everything is very clean and well maintained. The skincare products they use feel nicer/better quality than what I've experienced at other spas. I also really appreciate that this is a 12+ facility, so there aren't small children running around. At some other spas, kids can be loud and make it harder to fully relax. Here, the atmosphere is much more peaceful, which makes a big difference when you're coming to relax

3.5 stars. Main…read morereason I wanted to try this place is because it's advertised that it doesn't get too crowded, but that's definitely not true during a Saturday afternoon. It's not crowded per se, but all the amenities are occupied - chairs taken, floor mats taken, etc. So, sure, it's not "crowded" but you can't really do anything in the co-ed area either. They also seemed to ration the towels, so you couldn't go into the spa multiple times unless you wanted to re-use your wet towels. Not really trying to do mental math on towel usage when I'm just trying to enjoy my life. The food was not it either. Solidly, 2 out of 5 stars. Not a lot of options. Ended up ordering two cold noodles. It wasn't very cold, and I could not chew thru the noodles at all and relied on swallowing them whole!? Last thing - I feel like the culture is different. Other korean spas I've been to really focus on the peace and quiet, and I understand there's always going to be yappers at whichever spa you go to. But, here, it seemed everyone disregarded the rule, viewing them just as general guidelines. Everyone was still quiet-ish but definitely making more noise than I've experienced at other places. Multiple people straight watching videos on their phones without earphones. The amenities are all there but just something not aligned here. If you're trying to relax a little bit, come during non-peak hours. Just know there are better options out there.
