I hadn't been here in a long time and decided to stop by for a grass jelly drink. Unfortunately, the customer service completely ruined my experience. After I ordered, I paid in cash. One of my $5 bills had a small piece of tape on the corner, and the cashier refused to accept it. I asked her to return my money so I could pay with my credit card. She simply placed my cash on the counter and walked away without saying a word. I found that extremely rude. She didn't ask whether I still wanted my drink or if I would be paying another way. Walking away and ignoring a customer doesn't solve the situation. I had to call her back and say, "Excuse me, since you don't want to take my cash, I'd like to pay with my credit card." She returned with an obvious attitude, turned the credit card terminal toward me, and walked away again before I had even finished paying. I was truly disappointed by how I was treated. A little courtesy and communication would have gone a long way. I hope the owner provides better customer service training because no customer should be made to feel like their business isn't appreciated. Sadly, I won't be returning because of this experience. read more

They will let you adjust the sweetness, and ice level for your drinks. They have hot and iced drinks, usually, I like getting the grass jelly drinks. They are my favorite since it brings back memories of my childhood. It's a small store with limited seats so usually I just get my drink and leave. It is nice and the store, in general, is friendly and inviting. I do like grass jelly with an aloe vera drink and organic almond peanut puree in hot. Sitting on the side of a strip mall, this acupuncture/herbal medicine shop is also a drink shop that has homemade grass jelly. Most of their drinks are paired with grass jelly. Think Black Ball, but more options and less sweet. Their OMG (organic milk grass jelly) is a popular drink. I went with the plum juice grass jelly, which was a bit tart than sugary, the grass jelly also helps balance out the taste. If you dare, they do sell herbal teas by the cup. These are the bitter ones that you hated as a kid, but you did feel better afterwards. Maybe your body got better ASAP because it doesn't want to drink anymore of it. Go on, pay for your childhood tastebud trauma, especially if you're Chinese. They have some seats inside, so you can be surrounded by antiques and calligraphy paintings. I stop here after my chiropractor appointments now. The jelly tastes very good and my favorite drink is Thai tea. The lady there was very patient on my first visit because I did not know what I was walking into, I just knew I didn't want something unhealthy like the coffee shop next door. My father in law introduced this place to me, and it's my new favorite dessert/drink place! I believe it's actually both an acupuncture front as well as a healthy drinks/desserts. I come here regularly for their OMG-grass jelly bowl. It's similar to Meet Fresh but better in my opinion. Parking has always been easy and the drinks and desserts are made to order, but still comes out quickly. The drinks also feel healthier than the normal boba shops. Their focus is barley, grass jelly, and other fresh blended roots/nuts (think almond, taro). I've recommended this to my friends as well and they have enjoyed it. Hopefully you will too! read more

I've been going to health station ever since they opened. I appreciate this place as healthy alternative to boba shops where I can get a nice treat fix. You can tell that all the items served are quality ingredients. I recommend any of their grass jelly drinks. Their grass jelly bowl dessert is much better than any of the large store dessert chains like meet fresh. Apart from this, I'm surprised to find the pricing still very reasonable today when you're comparing it to other drink shops. Would definitely get this drink again. 4 Star. #20 House Special Herbal Tea #1 Detox Tea $5.50. Tastes like the Chinese medicine prescribed by herbal doctors when you're sick, but with a teaspoon of sugar. We are aware of this prior to purchasing but wanted an effective way to detox. Man, what bitterness and suffering we put ourselves through...but good for your health. Despite the bitterness, I'm glad this is offered on the menu. Overall, definitely would return. I took out two stars because the owner's/ worker's attitude. Tried to use the 5% off of any drinks. The lady was like " we don't have that" I mean it's literally on the Yelp app itself. And she just said " yeah, I don't know, we don't have that" The whole time when I was inside the store she made me really uncomfortable esp her attitude. I asked for her recommendation on my third drink and she literally just gave me a look. My one and only place to go when I'm craving some grass jelly/herbal jelly! It's a place I make time to go to at least once every time I'm back in town! I followed Health Station from back when they opened in West Covina (that location is now closed) and now in Diamond Bar. Through the years, I've tried about half the things on their menu (mainly because I'm not too adventurous sometimes) plus their OMG bowls. The taste of their drinks (and bowls) and the quality of their ingredients have not changed! The only thing that did change was that they offer a few more drink options than when they first opened. I would say that the price is totally worth the drink amount and quality. It's about comparable to the price of boba, but with healthier quality ingredients. As far as the taste of their drinks, expect their drinks to be on the healthier side -- not as sweet and made with real ingredients. The grass/herbal jelly is herbal, and you can tell it's made in house (not from a can). My husband is huge taro fan and was very impressed with their taro drink. The entire drink is made with real taro! There is only one size for their drinks. As far as the store itself, you can smell that Asian herb scent upon entering the store. But that's expected since it is also an acupuncture shop. There are 3 tables total in the store. Getting a seat hasn't really been an issue when I visit since people typically get their drinks to go. There is plenty of parking in their lot that goes around the perimeter of the plaza. Credit card accepted here with no minimums! I discovered this place because my bestie was getting acupuncture from here. She turned me onto their OMG drink- Organic Milk with Grass jelly. The grass jelly is made in store and is so fresh and delicious. The milk is blended into an icy smoothie like texture and topped with Taiwanese Brown sugar drizzled on top. $4 each. But with a yelp check in, it shaved a few dollars off. We also tried the Taro and it was creamy and not too sweet. I don't speak Chinese and it looks like most of their patrons are of Chinese descent. I had a little bit of a hard time trying to communicate with the cashier because she wasn't fluent in English and I can't speak Chinese. The last time I came here was with my Taiwanese friend so she took care of the ordering. Drinks were made fairly quickly and it is quite busy. They have a few tables for seating but most of the orders were being taken out. Behind the cafe is their acupuncturist. They have free consultations every Wednesday and even a referral reward plan. I've met the Chinese doctor on a prior visit and he seemed to be knowledgeable but since I didn't have specifics of what was ailing me, he wasn't able to pinpoint an exact treatment plan. How can you not wear a mask when you're treating so many patients. I don't know if he's vaccinated for COVID, but even vaccinated, you can still carry the virus and spread to others.
