You want it you got it ! Perfect set lovely as always ! Super shiny super cute !!!!!!!

I have been to all the nail salons in the area and I love Imperial nail & Spa! It is very sanitized and nice. At the other salons, I sometimes got offended that techs speaking their language loud carelessly with attitude right in front of me as I didn't exist! But at this salon, it doesn't happen. The owner Mikey is very easy going and talented tech! He always surprises me with his great taste! They offer you some drinks! Very decent salon! I really recommend this salon!!

Did such a nail job on my nails. Made sure everything was good and took the time to make them perfect. 10/10 would reccomend to anyone!

Clean, friendly, decent prices...not the best pedicure I have gotten, but not bad. The massage chairs are super comfy too!

This will definitely be my salon while living in Md. Kim did my nails; she was patient, thorough, & gentle. I also had my eyebrows waxed, but cannot recall the name of the young lady who did that. I felt so welcomed from the moment I walked in until the moment I left!! They had low music playing and dimmed the lights. I loved the vibe!!!

I was a customer for about 5 months. No problem with dip powder until I decided to try the gel set…read morecalled "Tiana Collection" As Ken started the set, I noticed a burning sensation after the 2nd nail was done. I let him know it was burning and suggested he lower the UV light that he used to set the gel. He mentioned that the light only had 1 setting and that he couldn't change it. As he continued, I suggested to move the heated UV lamp further away from my nail bed as the temperature and position he had it in was burning my nail bed. I mentioned this as a reminder several times. When I got home that evening, I had to take Tylenol and add ice to my nails to sooth the burning sensation. At this point, I was concerned because the burning radiated from my fingers up my arms. Went the at shop opened, I contacted Ken to let him know what happened. He had me come in to remove the gel. I also asked for compensation, at least a percentage of my money back or have him do dip set later. Jennifer told me they took the gel set off, and took time doing my nails, so there was no compensation or refund of any kind. I suggested to file an insurance claim as this was an injury due to a product they provided. She told me insurance will not pay for it and she didn't see whether I deserved a refund. I have never experienced this sort of hospitality or service at any nail salon. I came here as a referral from a coworker. While still getting familiar with this area, I thought this place would offer great service. If you are thinking of getting nails done at here, be aware because it's not about customer service it's more about money for them. I always wondered why fee for services changed often when I got the same thing each time. Hidden fees no consideration for how they treat their customers. Deluxe pedi and gel with 2 horrible nail designs totaled - $145 and still burning from lamp. Go someplace else. UPDATE: Several hours later, Jennifer, the owner, left me a voicemail asking me to call her back. I returned the call believing she might offer an apology, discount, or some form of resolution. Instead, the conversation focused on my review and why I had posted it. She reiterated that because I chose the service, I was not entitled to any compensation. When I suggested continuing the discussion after she finished with her customer, she declined and continued explaining why she would not provide a refund, discount, or credit. This entire experience was disappointing. Mistakes and adverse reactions can happen, but what stood out to me was being told, "I'm not going to argue with you," when I was simply expressing surprise and concern about what had happened. I was not arguing at all, and the comment felt dismissive. I was left wondering whether I was being treated differently, possibly because I am an African American woman. Regardless of the reason, I did not feel heard or respected during the conversation. Reactions can happen, but how a business responds to a customer who has been injured or harmed by a service says a lot about its values. Unfortunately, I felt dismissed, blamed, and left without any Potential customers should be aware of my experience and make their own informed decision. Wow

I really wanted to like this place because of its brand new massage chairs and cleanliness but…read moreunfortunately the bad far outweighs the good. I first came in on 2/15 to get an Annapolis pedicure with gel polish. At first I was very happy used a 10% off first visit from Annapolis moms mention and despite the receptionist making a mistake and charging me someone else balance then changing me a second time to make the difference, that was not a big deal to me. Came in 6 days later to get a basic manicure with gel before my vacation to Hawaii which was 5 days later. Less than a week later (a day after I got to Hawaii and not even touched the beach yet) my toe nail polish had flaked off and my nail polish was catching on my hair. I messaged the salon via DM instagram and they said I could come in no problem when I came back from vacation. Here's when it all went downhill: I meant to say I could come in March 15 (get back the 6th but weekends only work for me getting my one year old watched) however I put the 8th, this was not scheduled as I never received a text confirming the date which would've helped the confusion. The 15th comes and I go in thinking I'm getting my nails fixed, nope! They are too busy and I have to come another day so I say I guess I could come back 3/15 (exactly one month from my first visit). When I arrived I wanted to clarify before getting the service that they were fixing this and I would not be charged for it yet I'd still tip. I got attitude saying at this point my nails would need to be redone but this one time (said multiple times) they will do it. I have never been so disrespected in a business before in my entire life. My heart was pounding and my leg shaking the entire time, honestly I wanted to walk out of here after she started. The tech wasn't going to cut my long nails and when I asked her too she shook her head and said "well of course they are long it's been over 5 weeks". Despite the disrespect I still tipped her $8 for 30 minutes of work of doing my nails and toenails, crazy. My nails are still slightly bumpy along the tips and chipped on the thumb nail chipped only 12 days later. For the price I'd expect more, better massage, definitely better service/experience, and for the gel polish to last longer. Never had gel last so little of time. Very disappointing!
