If you want the ultimate mani and pedi experience , then I highly recommend this spa. The spa interior was different than what I've experience. It's not upscale and doesn't have your usually spa decor: luxury, chandeliers, dim lighting... This spa had a fresh, fun, and clean look. The color scheme was hot pink and white. While the look wasn't upscale, the services were top- notch! Best mani and pedi that I've ever experience. I had the pleasure of having Fiona provide my services. She recommended the Milk & Honey Pedi which is good for dry skin. It was a wonderful experience and my feet and legs were well moisturized. Next, she completed my gel manicure and ended it with a hot towel and Vitamin E Oil. Lastly, I had my eyebrows waxed and it was surprisingly painless. Once my services were complete, I felt pampered and the price was worth it. This salon doesn't do acrylic nails, just manicures, pedicures and waxing. It was nice not to have the smell of harsh chemicals in the air. The only recommendation that I would suggest are the plastic screens that provide a barrier between the client and manicurist. It would make me feel more protected during COVID 19. Fiona provided great customer service and was very friendly. I look forward to visiting in the near future. read more

I wanted the callus scrubbing and he told me that it was an additional $7. I don't mind paying for a service but never in my life have I been somewhere where that wasn't already included. So you get a pedicure with nicely painted nails and rough bottom of your feet? Just include it in your fees and service and that's that. I told him that I'd pay the additional fee. Probably one of the best experiences I've ever had at a salon. The staff took their time and I felt very well taken care of. The owner explained to me that the salon keeps their practices as natural and clean as possible so they do not offer dip or acrylic but they do gel and I am very happy with my mani/pedi. Stumbled upon this spa while flipping through Yelp and was so pleasantly surprised with service and quality. My boyfriend and I both got pedicures and an amazing little nap session. Upon stepping into the salon it was incredible to not be greeted with an overwhelming smell of chemicals - it was fresh, clean, and smelled good! We chose this location because of their continued mask mandate for all workers and guests - I loved that they had us wash our hands upon entering. We had a little room in the back with two seats, which was so nice and personable. It made us feel really special! Ruth and Johnny took amazing care of us. I used this salon for 4 yrs, and widely recommended it. However, a bad experience with the owner tainted this. On time for my pedicure, i was guided to a room to soak my feet. After 20 minutes, no one appeared. I went out to the lobby to inquire. The owner had no idea I was waiting, then saying people without appointments were waiting to be picked up. I would have been fine if someone had told me of a delay. After back and forth exchanges I was then informed I owed him an apology, supposedly for a "bad look i gave him"! It was easy to call and make an appointment (seems that walk ins are discouraged). I really liked that the place doesn't smell of chemicals like most other salons. Once inside I asked a woman who greeted me if they had any appointments for the day she said, No. I said, Thank You and left. However, something did not feel right about our exchange. Once in the car, I called and asked for an appointment and was told they had an appointment around noon. WTHeck!!!! So, I informed the person answering the phone that when I just walked in you had no appointments but now you do??? I informed the individual it appears they demonstrate selective/discriminatory practices therefore I'm not interested. Wow... not surprising but its best to know.... If I could rate this place a ZERO I would. Best part is, when people show you who they are and they lack humanity & honesty, recognize it & DO NOT support their businesses. After having my nails destroyed by another salon, Fiona did a really pretty gel manicure on my nails. I'm not someone that goes on the regular but every time I do, it's to her. I was SO excited when I found out she and her boyfriend Johnny were opening their own salon and of course I couldn't wait to go. The place is easy to find by their hot pink sign right on the end of West street (near Double T Diner). It's in a tiny strip mall that you may pass going the other direction but their signage is great. Inside, the decor is GORGEOUS. They made it tranquil, clean, and girlie which I love. Bright whites with pops up hot pink. I treated myself to a spa pedicure and gel manicure. They have two or three private rooms for pedicures which is nice if you want to relax on your own or come with a friend as they have the ability to close off the doors, none of that big line of chairs lined up that you have to listen to the women beside you. Fiona is fantastic, taking so much detail in everything. She walked me through everything as she did it. Each pedicure is used with a disposable kit so you do not need to worry about a thing. Almost all of their products are organic, she is experimenting with new products (the gel polish I used was a new Korean line). It was just the perfect pampering afternoon.
