Everything was still hot and smelled like a dream. We ordered: Crab Rangoon: light, crispy perfection. Wings: finger-licking good. Golden Fried Rice (7-8 heat): husband-approved with zero leftovers. Beef Bulgogi (same spice): tender, bold flavor, paired beautifully with sticky rice. And yes, I got hot & sour soup... despite it being 90 degrees. No regrets. The chicken was tender and flavorful on its own, but the breading was what really stood out. It was some of the best we've had, perfectly crispy and light without feeling greasy. The Crab Rangoon was exactly how we like it: heavy on the cream cheese, with a nice amount of crab and minimal onion. Everything that was fried came out exceptionally crispy and flaky, which speaks to the kitchen's consistency and attention to detail. The only item that wasn't quite for me was the chili oil.
