Edit: this is fucking unbelievable. There was fucking nasty thing in it. Thank god I looked before taking another bite. unfucking believable. first time trying this place and had multiple pieces of hair in my food in the first few bites. to say I'm disappointed is beyond belief considering I give very few reviews but I had to leave this one. I can understand sometimes things happen but to have multiple in just my food? that's ridiculous. don't recommend this place. the food is subpar unfortunately. it's edible but it sure isn't special. the fried rice tastes like it was cold and just microwaved so it didn't taste fresh by any means.

It is not a tremendous amount of food for the price of the meal (it cost me $13 for my orange chicken and rice with the egg roll and soda combo. It was absolutely fresh and delicious! It is a perfect quick lunch. I even had real pieces of orange, which you do t always get!

I'm not sure how they do it, but after we ordered, our food was ready in only a few minutes. "Well, how was it?" you might ask. We thought it was very good. Bookguy comes here a lot and suggested I go with to try it out. I had veggie fried rice loaded with broccoli, carrots, water chestnuts, mushrooms, onion, and pea pods. It was a two-three meal portion and I was able to add soy sauce the minimal way I like it. I also had a couple of crab Rangoon and they were nice and crispy. Bookguy had shrimp fried rice. He asked for something crunchy to top it off so it also included a pile of almonds. He likes the egg rolls too. The space is clean and not crowded but they have a steady line of cars picking up food. The workers all wear masks and are delightfully friendly. I do wish everything wasn't served on styrofoam, but hey, nobody's perfect. It's located in Bellevue, so if you find yourself in that neck of the woods, give it a try.

This is by far the worst Chinese, or even restaurant I've ever ordered food from. Please do not waste your money with Imperial Palace Express. It's one thing to have terrible, and simply disgusting food. But to also have poor service is hard to do. But Imperial Palace Express has accomplished just that. If someone called me and said hey I'm going to drop off some free Imperial Palace Express, I would beg them not too. If I had to decide between eating jail food, and this place I would scream lock me up. All jokes aside this place is not good. With so many other Chinese food options I would recommend going else where.

Told that this place had been around for over 20 years and decided to try it for a weekend lunch. Order at the counter, the menu is diverse with items ranging primarily between $6-9 dollars. You can watch everything being made on the line fresh and then step down to the end of the counter to pick up your meal. Restaurant was clean, but our table was a little sticky. We got Mongolian Beef (spicy) and Orange Chicken (Slightly spicy). The meal is the entrée and comes with either steamed or fried rice. Egg Rolls, etc are extra. Portion size is fair. Both dishes had good flavor. Overall, a decent and reasonably priced place for lunch/dinner, but nothing fancy.

I don't want to be dramatic, but after months of Facebook-stalking Han's like it was my part-time…read morehobby, I finally made the move--and wow, it lived up to every bit of the hype. I called in my order, and the staff was an absolute delight. Patient, helpful, and totally on top of it when I asked about spice levels (I live dangerously at level 7-8). I pulled up a little early for pickup (it's curbside/carryout only), and before I could even double-check my order, someone popped up at my window with a smile asking if they could grab me a cold Coke or Pepsi while I waited. Um... what?! This is the royal treatment. I went with a Diet Coke and sipped happily until the food came out shortly after. Once I got home, it was go time. Everything was still hot and smelled like a dream. We ordered: Crab Rangoon: light, crispy perfection. Wings: finger-licking good. Golden Fried Rice (7-8 heat): husband-approved with zero leftovers. Beef Bulgogi (same spice): tender, bold flavor, paired beautifully with sticky rice. And yes, I got hot & sour soup... despite it being 90 degrees. No regrets. It was spicy, tangy, and hit all the right notes. Bonus egg roll in the bag? You bet. In short: if you're hungry for Chinese, you're hungry for Han's. Go now. Order everything. The food is fantastic, and the people? Even better.

Two things immediately tell me whether a Chinese restaurant stands out from the rest: the egg drop…read moresoup and the white rice. Thankfully, this place delivered on both. The egg drop soup was excellent. The broth was rich, creamy, and packed with flavor, with a perfect balance of egg and broth in every spoonful. The white rice was nearly perfect as well. The grains were light, distinct, and had that slightly dry, fluffy texture that makes great Chinese food even better. It was very close to being exactly how I like it. I ordered the Pepper Beef with a chicken egg roll on the side. The beef was tender, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. The egg roll was another highlight, with an incredibly flaky, crispy exterior and a delicious filling. My wife ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken without the sauce, along with Crab Rangoon. The chicken was tender and flavorful on its own, but the breading was what really stood out. It was some of the best we've had, perfectly crispy and light without feeling greasy. The Crab Rangoon was exactly how we like it: heavy on the cream cheese, with a nice amount of crab and minimal onion. Everything that was fried came out exceptionally crispy and flaky, which speaks to the kitchen's consistency and attention to detail. The only item that wasn't quite for me was the chili oil. It leaned heavily toward vinegar, which isn't my personal preference, but others may enjoy it. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Great food, excellent textures, and several standout dishes. We'll definitely be back again. My go to spot for Chinese!
