We don't even have the hardware to do it ourselves after they moved it for us. We called the office to try to talk to a manager, it took three times to be able to connect with someone. They said they would call us back between 3 to 5 days, and then we could file a claim. The worker said that we were gonna get a big discount, but we didn't see that on the invoice. They also jack the prices up without notice - like Public Storage does. Facilities are just okay. Lots of spiders, insects, frequent webs, and they have had roof leaks. Floors dirty when we moved in. If the owner took a different approach with his corporate management of the place, it would have hope. By the way, the truck is not "Free". That is totally misleading. You can use it for one half day rental period and a limited number of miles. After that, it is costly and they require insurance add ons. Do NOT be misled into believing the truck is there for you to use for free anytime you need it.
